Ingredient List:
Tips: Use Good quality cheese of choice.
Use Heavy Cream for a rich cream sauce and flavor.
Using a cast iron creates more flavor, perfect crust and an even bake.
Ingredients:
1 Block,Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 oz Mozzarella Cheese
1 Block Colby Jack Cheese
3 1/2- 4 Cups, Heavy Cream
3 Tablespoons, Butter
1 tablespoon, All-Purpose Flour
Elbow Macaroni Pasta Shells
1 Can Cream of cheese
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika(Color)
Salt and pepper to taste

Made this last night for some family. Without exception they all said it was the best Mac n cheese they had ever had. They all want me to make it now for our family gatherings.
Just fyi for anyone looking for the ingredients, I found the can of cheese named just “cheddar cheese” by Campbells. But it’s the exact same thing she is using in the video.

you are so right about taking your time and enjoying your cooking because I didn't and I rushed through it because I was babysitting at the same time and it didn't come out nearly as good as everybody else loved it but I was disappointed and I didn't have the canned cheese which I think was real important but I'm definitely going to try it again thank you so much 😋❤

Hey chaz I'm shonte,wowwww that macaroni and cheese is looks good,I love making me some baked macaroni and cheese I always like to add salt,white pepper,onion powder,garlic powder,ground mustard,and paprika to make a cheese sauce,and I like to add velveeta cheese,cream cheese,mild cheddar shredded cheese,and sharp cheddar shredded cheese.

Can I come over to eat? I made some Goulash, and I put a BIG size bag of shredded cheese in it and it had that cheese pull and I was just like YES and it was delicious, it was so cheesy and I'm lazy so I don't cook much anymore and it was very easy to make, the cleanup wasn't, LOL. It doesn't take long so instead of making Lasagna maybe I should just make my "Goulash", I really don't know what they put in Goulash but mine was just noodles, hamburger meat and sauce and alot of cheese, it was exactly how I seen it in my mind, just perfect.

Do you think it's ok if I don't use flour? I always have a grainy texture when I try making a cheese sauce. I'm thinking it might be the flour idk what else it could be
#DiannaHoney I saw you had asked a question about using Flour. You CANNOT skip using Flour. What you will be making is called a Bechamel Sauce. This is the most important sauce you must learn how to make, as you can use it to make a Cauliflower and Cheese dish or Broccoli and Cheese. You can use it to make a Fish Pie or you can add some pieces of Chicken and some chicken stock to the milk to make a Chicken Pie Base.n Now back to the Bechamel Sauce. I don't know who's recipe you've got. You melt your butter fully, then add your flour, stir constantly over a low heat for 3-4 minutes until you see a paste forming. Cook this constantly while stirring to make sure it doesn't burn. What's happening is that the heat and your stirring with the buttet, cooks the starch molecules in the flour, and you doing this will make sure there's no grainy flour taste at all. Slowly add in the milk which is at room temperature because you took it from the fridge at the start. Add the milk slowly, bit by bit, stirring all tye time , or better, whisking all the the time. This makes sure the flour and butter paste you made are now forming the base of the sauce. Slowly add the milk and as you whisk, you'll see the sauce beginning to thicken. Keep adding the milk, keep whisking and soon your sauce is ready. taste it as you go along which is an important thing to do no matter what your cooking. I'm assuming the milk to benused is approximately one Litre, although you might not use it all, which is fine. Add a pinch of salt andca pinch of Cayenne Pepper . Cayenne Pepper loves Cheese. Slowly add your choice of cheeses, until they melt , and I suggest some Parmesan cheese at the end. Then add the sauce and pasta to the dish and finish in your usual way. I do hope this helps your cooking mac and cheese this year. Why not do a practice run once or twice until you feel confident. Half or quarter the recipe and use this as practice. I think it always helps people make a better Bechamel Sauce once they know the Scientific stuff thats going on while they cook in the flour. A wooden spoon or a silicone stirrer are best. Good luck.
