Sir, Hailstone is not caused because of sublimation, it is caused by freezing of water droplets by multiple up and down movement of driplets up to super cool zone of atmosphere. Frost is the real example of sublimation.
14:32 for condensation these 4 things are needed But can condensation take place in a vaccume ? I don't know if this question is silly ,but just curious🙄
Only one doubt you made a contradictory statement sir when you said fog is denser than mist where visibility is less than 1 km , however on textbook it is given mist is denser than fog @18:40

Hey there, your video is really helpful as an introduction for studying for my climate systems and processes exam. Meteorology master student here :) You just confused me for a second by saying the troposphere was high up, like 12 km in the air or so. That's not correct, the troposphere starts at the ground, always, the tropopause (the upper boundary of the troposphere which separates the troposphere from the stratosphere) is variable, though. When there is convection during the daytime due to solar insolation, it is higher than at night. Why it's like that - you explained in the video :) Cheers from Germany and thank you for the video, will check out your other ones, too! Also, following. And you do have a nice voice! Haha

No air in vacuum so no base material to hold the water vapour....so no evaporation in vacuum then no question of condensation!!

between latitudes of 35 degree and 40 degree i think it is the easterly which results in rainfall at east and at higher latitude it is esterly which makes rainfall on west. You have given westerly as the reason for both cases

Sublimation is solid to gaseous... gaseous to solid is deposition.
Ty sir for making bored to intresting by incorporating unseen facts.
But 'Sublimation' means to change solid into gaseous form.
And in contrast 'Deposition' takes place.
Tq Sooooo much sir...... Ur way of teaching is really very good... Tq so much
Sir plz complete this portion
Ur way of explaination is really nice
transformation of solid into gas is called sublimation and the reversal is called deposition. but sir here u and in the ncert too call the term "sublimation" the transformation of water vapour to ice and not deposition.. why?

Yes, I think either the mistake is with the NCERT or maybe the word can be used for both the phenomena.
Both are Sublimation
Sir gr8 video lyk always...sir ur helping the UPSC students too...kep it up sir...wid love frm Assam...
