    ⚡ 💕 / 🌶 🌞
This video has the studio audio track over live concert footage.
So it's not surprising it doesn't sync up perfectly.
Both Su and F.HERO sang this live at the two Yokohama Arena concerts in 2019.
This footage is from the second night.
Later performances have F.HERO on a video screen.
That was a quite busy week for BABYMETAL.
They played their first concerts of the year at Yokohama Arena on June 28th & 29th, then had their Glastonbury debut on the 30th.
They had the next day off, then returned to O2 Academy Brixton the day after that (July 2nd) for a headlining show.

Great reaction. This was filmed in Yokohama on the second night at the start of their 2019 tour (the third girl in this video was the chosen Avenger Kano Fujihira - she was only 14 and this was her very first show with BABYMETAL).
F Hero is a rapper from Thailand and very well known there, he flew in to Japan specially to perform on those first two nights.
He was so nervous that he went and threw up after coming off stage.
This was the official video, so it does have the studio audio dubbed on - there is a compilation video well worth finding from these same shows but with the live audio (which is, of course, as good or better than the studio audio).
'PA PA YA' is a summer festival song - and yes it really is about a spicy green papaya fruit salad. F Hero was rapping in Thai to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle.
They are pretty much saying that, much like the salad, mixing the right spices into life will make that better too.
If you see BABYMETAL live remember to take a towel (or buy one from the merch stand) to swing around your head for this song. Seeing everybody doing that makes Su and Moa happy ... and we all want them to be happy all the time. 🦊
I don't think you have reacted to their new songs ('Metal Kingdom', 'Divine Attack' and 'Monochrome') yet?

Watta a great come back so good to see you're back!
    _Matsuri da!_ 🦊🤘🍠
Welcome back to the Foxhole and BabyMetal Galaxy.
Thanks for keep trying to share BM songs regardless the annoying blocked issues, fans always appreciate that.
They released three out of 5 new singles from the upcoming album "The Other One": "Divine Attack - Shingeki", "Monochrome" and "METAL KINGDOM", none of those clips are getting any blocked issues if you wanna react. Trust me, we all want to be in Japan next weekend enjoying the live performance returning to the stage after almost two years.
Babymetal never have afraid of trying something new.
In this case they are mixing thai rap with BabyMetal unique sound, although this is audio album track over a live performance video. Of course with the Kami Band playing behind this song is even better. Since BMRR channel doesn't have this live clip, you can find a decent live compilation version at "who?" channel if you want to listen this again with live sound and safe to react without any filters.
This is a party festival summer song (Matsuri da), they're actually singing about papaya salad and mixing with other things as an allegory of life to enjoy mixing different stuff, in this case the thai and japanese culture. Papaya is a fruit.
F.Hero is a Thai rapper, top notch Thai artist, and he rap about that in his part. Waving your towel while dancing and singing is a must and the girls love that.
This song belongs to 3rd album "Metal Galaxy" but this one as well many more songs are exploring a different Babymetal side, sometimes more mature, but trying to not lose their fun. This one belongs to the Light Side disc of that concept álbum.
The footage of this was took from BABYMETAL AWAKENS: The Sun Also Rises 2019 in Yokohama Arena Japan, F.Hero was invited for this, the night before he was really in panic with the amount of people and even throwing out after the show, It ain't easy to face that crowd, especially after receiving some negative critics from BM fans who didn't like his participation on this, fortunately he felt good and received a warming welcome. Also that night introducing the _avengers_ system, a group of three backup dancers filling the third spot that YuiMetal left (she left the group in 2018). They rotate so not always you'll see the same one on stage, usually the live official MV is with Kano Fujihira, she started this when having 14 years old, so young like our girls back in their early days. None of them have mic or sing and aren't official members, they just dance.
Next recommendation usually safe to react:
    - _"Ijime Dame Zettai"_ live at Sonisphere Festival 2014, official.
Thanks for your breakdown and analysis on this, hopefully you'll come back with some of their songs with more vocal tech. See you next time, beautiful megitsune.🦊🤘❤️

I have seen them lose a shoe. Yui fell off the stage. Moa fell and messed up her knee and was pretty much crying as she finished the song. Moa getting hit in the face with the Megitsune mask when Su throws it into the crowd and the wind caught it. They have had a few moments.

I think Su is a menace with that mask! I've seen numerous live performances of Megitsune when she tries to throw the mask into the crowd and I've never seen her manage it yet! You wouldn't want her on your soft ball team. She's a fantastic singer and performer but she can't throw to save her life! She couldn't hit a barn wall with that mask if she was stood inside it!

The perfection starts with Su. She says "full throttle forward" and rehearses at full speed and volume. Mikiko the choreographer says she expects destruction from Su singing so loud. Koba the producer, Mikiko, and some of the musicians have said they had to pick up their game to keep pace with the girls. When Su was in Sakura Gakuin, after a meh performance, she told the other girls in the group (which included Yui and Moa) if they didn't want to be here, go home.

Japanese culture seems to accept privacy for their performers more than the western obsessively intrusive media. Also , Sumetal doesn't really exist outside the public eye, just ordinary Suzuka Nakamoto and Moa Kikuchi.
This is a soundtrack played over live footage, an official video release. Played live it is every bit as good .

Welcome back to the Babymetal Foxhole. "PA PA YA" is from Babymetal third album METAL GALAXY. Papaya is a tropical fruit available anywhere in Asia especially in the region of South East Asia. "PA PA YA!!" is a dance song with an underlying massage of striving for personal excellence, collaboration with a very well known Thailand rapper from Chiang Rai name Natthawut Srimok nickname Golf but known popularly by his stage name F.HERO (Fukking Hero) and specialise in the Hip-Hop and Rap genre. Some remarks in Thai lyric translation part:
    Molam= Thai-Isan local music
"Papaya -Pok-Pok= Thai pun phrase means Som-Tam, Thai food made up from papaya-chopped mix up with chilli, tomato, garlic, palm sugar, lots of vegetable and others depends on varies area. "Som-Tam" also have the same meaning with "Hanaka"= Thai old snack, slang word means like "sugoi" in Japanese. Great reaction. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🤘🤘🇯🇵🇸🇬#notacult.

Japan really is a country full of paradoxes.
On the one hand, the general society is very patriarchal, women are paid much less than men for the same job and are expected to quit when they have children.
On the other hand, women have absolute authority over men at home and generally control the purse strings. Also, individual privacy and liberty are highly prized, which leads to lots of amazing strong women visible in all parts of japanese society except politics.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。Speaking of their myth you mentioned, one of the myths will be unveiled tomorrow, Jan.28 in their new show (And another myth will start 😄 ). I have tickets to the two-day shows entitled "The Other One - BABYMETAL returns" 😍.
In June 2019, F. Hero came all the way to Japan from Thai for the world premiere of this song and he had been very nervous to perform at a huge arena in foreign country.
This is an MV of live footage coupled with studio sound. At the actual venue, Su-Metal shouted "Come on F. Hero!" to summon him. And at the end of this song she screamed "Thank you F. Hero!" then the three girls bowed deeply towards him to show their respect. That scene makes me happy.
You know? It is very hard to keep swinging towel above your head for 4 minutes all along. It is fun. though 😄 .

Su-Metal and Moametal, plus the rest of the BM organization are perfectionists. They don't practice until they get it right, they practice until they can't get it wrong.
BTW there are videos of the girls slipping, falling, and miscues, but they are very rare.

you talk about the japanese metal scene being strong but just remember you have to thank Babymetal for that. one of the reasons Babymetal was formed was to ignite the metal scene in Japan. they were the first band to really make gains outside of Japan. Nemopahlia, Lovebites, even Band-Maid can thank their success to Babymetal. Babymetal is like the gateway drug to Japanese metal. and as another commenter said, Babymetal has maintained a female empowered theme from the beginning but never in a sexual way like many try to do. they always have a positive message in everyone of their songs. yes they started as kawaii but they have turned into some amazing strong women. Su is one of the best front people out there. their new stuff shows how talented she is. the last new song Metal Kingdom shows her voice off graciously. this weekend they will be back on stage and cant wait to hear about it.

You should check one of their recently released songs. We have no live videos of it yet, but we have a couple of MVs. Su's control of her voice, now that she's 25, is becoming really good and the three songs are good examples:
    - Divine Attack
    - Monochrome
    - Metal Kingdom
On Pa Pa Ya, I think I have in some corner in my mind the memory of you reacting to this video. Who knows where it went. The whole audio is the studio audio, not live. This video was released just after hours they recorded the concert, but only the images were live.
We are suspicious they are going to do something similar this weekend with their comeback show that happens on the 28th.

The thing I've always admired about Babymetal, is that many of their songs have a very pro-female, female empowerment theme running through them without any over the top " men suck" lyrics.
As young as these girls were when they started, I would like to think that singing these songs helped them feel secure as they were embarking on their first tours. Plus as an uncle to 4 young nieces, this is the type of music and message I would like them to hear. versus the current USA trend of sexualizing preteens.

That's the great idol aspect of them, so professional, self-confident, young and tiny but so powerful in presence, otherworldly energy, just pure talent and entertainment expressing positive messages instead of just exploit their sexualized image and exposing their (who know real or fake?) dramas all over places on social medias and blabbing their egos, their influences like most other artists/idols.
