Honestly, the GLA ordering an American/European cell to track down and "pacify via Bomb Truck" a hated USA general who successfully escaped a swift counterattack of theirs... is morbidly in character for them. Still wondering whether the Truck uses highly improved if still crude holographics based on the Allied Mirage Tank though (assuming Generals is set after the events of Red Alert 2... although, in my opinion, it should be set after the Soviet ending of RA1).
