    美味しさに驚くぶらぶら氏w
    味噌煮込みうどんって、関西ではありそうでなかなかないメニューですよね。しかも美味しいのはなかなかお目にかかられへん。
    味噌煮込みうどんが好きであったら頼みたいねんけど、ホンマになかなか見当たれへんねん。ええな〜ここ。

    俺が小学生の時、今から35年以上前ですかね
    はじめてできた100円うどん😃あの時はすげー思ってましたが、時代が流れて今は沢山のメニューですね、このお店は100円うどん屋じゃないですが
    作ったおばちゃんがうどん出す時に、汁に指が入ってて
    おにーちゃん熱いから早く取って言われた事を思い出します🤣
    ラーメンが好きですが、うどんの店も好きです

    最寄りは阪急六甲ですね。
    JR六甲道駅出て来たので地元民やけどどこかなと思いました。

    自分は東北人ですが、味噌煮込みうどんの麺があまり好きじゃなかったのですが
    讃岐うどんで作ったのは美味しそうですね!
    ぜひ食べてみたいです!!

      It's not hard I learned back in 2021 your probably the same age as me, I am 18 now. Just do what I did I watched RUclips videos. I only learned because I wanted to get the right proteins for my efforts from my workouts. Not hard small steps man, it may be challenging at first because you wouldn't know your way around the kitchen. I still don't have the greatest knife skills like how these people have but, I do try my best hopefully in the future to learn. What motivated me more to cook more aswell is to post my dishes through with my friends and family on facebook and other platforms. If I can do it you can do it, just start small like I said. My first dish was eggs and vegetables man, I moved on to make chicken breasts with my own coconut curry and rice. That dish was then my leap into getting into cooking more. Rice is of course not that hard to make just make sure to wash it throughly and if you don't have a rice cooker man use a cooking pot, also make sure to utilize what you have because I know not everyone has the types of equipment that professional chefs have. I've also learned on baking aswell, last year for mothers day and my mothers birthday I baked a cake. I've also baked banana bread. Ultimately it's just up to you to make the decision I did, though I really didn't plan on learning you know but it's what motivated me man from friends and family. Find something that gets you to move and learn, it's just like working out it's up to you. Nobody can tell you what to do and when to do it, that's just not the world we live but yeah goodluck. Search recipes up make sure to watch the dish that you want to make and see how they do everything. Also don't measure man taste as you go while you cook that's key but, of course you may have to measure when you're baking.

    They have this huge can of curry/kare paste! They just add some to some dashi? Where can I get a can of that paste? All I can get in the US are these tiny little bars of curry roux. I want a big can like that so I can make it every day!

    What are the sponge-like things at about 8:06 in the video? I keep seeing them and I don't have a clue what they are.

      It is "油揚げAbura-age" (Deep fried tofu).
      It is made by cutting tofu into thin slices and fried in oil, but we use tofu made by a method different from normal tofu.

    Very nice, but sadly, you can't get the dishes shown on this video with a raw egg on top in the USA. Mostly due to in the USA, the thinner egg shells of raw eggs makes them vulnerable to food pathogen poisoning (salmonella especially).

      In Japan, at the farm level - the chickens are vaccinated against Salmonella, their feed is heated to kill Salmonella, and the chicken houses are regularly cleaned and disinfected. As a result, Salmonella occurrences related to eggs are extremely rare there.

      A combination of Dashi broth (made with Katsuobushi and Kombu kelp), Sake, Mirin, soy sauce, and sugar.
