Nice ties - but how many can you tie in say 30 minutes? This is an exhibition/ show bug. So many fly tying presentations are really nice but in reality if you’re really fishing these in challenging streams you’ll need a lot and not these marquee beauties. Keep it simple - trout are as dumb as boards and will take almost anything.

I will never look at pinching a worm in two then forcefully impaling its gooey carcass onto a dull rusty hook in the same way ever again after watching this man conduct and orchestrate this magnum opus symphony of royal fish bait. Hell, i may give up fishing altogether
