Awesome video....Thanks Mike for taking the time to do a release video. I think it helps many who just do the updates and then end up stumbling across the changes down the road.
Thanks. This you tube video was very helpful, so please do more release videos. I think you have a great product that keeps getting better. I am a happy customer. BTW, I am not the most sophisticated user and seeing your release video shows me things I had no idea were there. THANKS
Thanks for the update video, unfortunately I had some logbook issues not covered in the docs, but with an expert on my system we found multiple issues and got them resolved. I am still learning how to set macros to run my 7300 without conflict with the 7300 new updates... a work in progress.
Did you have a problem getting QSOs to upload to QRZ? I am now having that problem, although it uploads to LOTW just fine. My subscription to QRZ and passcode are ok.
Excellent presentation, next time PLEASE use a lapel microphone or get closer to the microphone if you used one...I have a plugin that gets rid of the echo if you want me to fix the audio for you..QRV WA6RSV
Nice new approach vs read me notes on the changes in a file along with the program. I would next time work on your audio. It sounds distant and echoey like you used a laptop mic. I would use a USB mike like a Yetti and talk closer to it. Do a test before to see if your audio has improved then use that mic with that distance to your mouth.
When Simon was still alive, i used hrd and supported hrd.. After he passed, i never used hrd again. Why, cuzz simon said hrd was for everybody. Now its only for the rich.
With all this program can do for $99.00 US funds, it's well worth it, What Mike and his team have done over the last few years has been amazing. A dinner and a few drinks with my wife is often more than the price of HRD.
Right. In 2011, Simon said he wasn't to abandon HRD and move on to other things (which he did). No one took up HRD for the rich. HRD was taken up in order to continue improving and supporting the fantastic product that Simon created. By the way, I'm quite certain that Simon is still alive. I heard from him last just a few months ago.
@@MichaelCarper The price is still for the rich hams. And no free updates after 12 months. $50 annually for updates. Im not a US citizen. So i have to pay 21% extra VAT ontop off the $100. No thank you. DXlabs suite , and free open source for me.
Thank you for the Video! Been using HRD since i got back into Ham radio 10 years ago and very happy! 73 de N2KOJ

Video is a great addition ...and very nicely done. Great job.

I agree that the videos are helpful.
Cool, that’s tonight’s job, I have issues with the band mapper but that’s operator error than the software. Thanks to everyone involved 👍🏻
Excellent video about ham radio deluxe! 73 KC9QVE Marion,Indiana
Glad you enjoyed it
I had problems understanding the audio due to an echo or something. Just an old man with bad ears. Thanks for all the improvements !
Why not explain how to upgrade to those who have already bought it?
Need a HRD 4 dummies

I’d like to see him add a cursor enhancer so when he is pointing at something the cursor is very visible

I do plenty of videos with this microphone and I'm aware of what you're referring to.
@@MichaelCarper OK just trying to help you to have a more effective delivery of your message.
@@MacsForever1 I may just need to get a headset.
