I refer to Horst's reviews for about 80% of whiskys I have not yet tried. I'd like to share a dram with you some day, sir.

Great Review. Can't go wrong with Glencadam and it's perfect for beginner scotch drinkers. I love this stuff and it's a 10 in my book.

Horst, what age do you think it might be? Also, Glencadam do not seem to chill filter any of there whiskies. What makes you think that this one is?

Hey Horst is there any chance you could get a bottle of Crown Royal Northern harvest rye, since Jim Murray rated it whisky of the year. I'd love to hear what you thought. Thanks!

'All our age statement whiskies are bottled at 46% and are neither chill filtered nor coloured to retain the whisky's natural characteristics.' - Glencadam Distillery web site statement.

I understand that all Glencadam offerings are unchillfilterd and uncoloured. As they should be. 👍

@@roaschmo fyi it’s not colored, in my country it’s the law to indicate it on the packaging, so it says only two ingredients clearly: distilled whisky and water. Nobody wants to be sued, so it is what it is.
