@@extra4542 I've been a fan of transparent things ever since the N64 days when Nintendo made those colorful N64 consoles and controllers. Wish they'd bring that back!
@@jeffmenace91 There were transparent 2DS consoles, but otherwise there hasn't really been anything like that recently.
@@leonro Oh yeah I seen them but yeah, we haven't had anything in a long time. With all the hardware companies come out with it's rare to see anything transparent these days. I think the most recent was when Sony made the 500 million PS4 Pro with that really nice transparent blue.

I dropped my Ear 1, so looked at getting the Ear 2.
Sat in the store watching this video. The seller asked if I needed help 😂 I was like one sec...........yeah, it's a GO! I'm taking the Ear 2s, flossy approves.
The Nothing phone 1 has Aptx adaptive so that's a pretty good marketing plan I'd say as long as the Nothing phone 2 has LHDC 5.0. Let's hope they don't forget to add that. Great review thank you. 💯👍🇺🇸

Shout out to you Floss. Many of these High Powered Earbuds with Hi-Res Audio only works on certain Android devices that support LHDC, LDAC, Aptx HD, Aptx Adaptive, Aptx, AAC and ofcourse SBC. iPhone only supports AAC and SBC. The Hi-Res Audio would not be on an iPhone...

We have a Nothing store in Central London, went past it the other week, quite small and very Apple Store. I really like their products but haven’t made the jump from iPhone as yet.
Nice review, I'm going to get the Ear 2 and it is better than the 1st version! The case looks the same so I might cover it with a film protector from Gadgeshieldz because the ear 1 case was getting so many scratches without any protector.

I've had the nothing ear for about a year. I dropped the right bud one night and it wouldn't play no more. Just recently I decided to try them again and the right bud is back to working. Only problem I have now that sometime one bud with pair with my galaxy phone and I have to put it back in the case to get to pair up. I probably will buy these AGAIN just for the dual phone pairing option.
Im definitely getting a pair when they come out with the black ones

I would recommend that if you're updating firmware, make sure your battery life is good. Looks like the update took 10 percent of battery life off of the buds.

If i wore wireless earbuds id buy these , they look super nice and unique.
Hopefully these have better connection than the first. I bought the ear 1 in black, sound great but they always randomly stop playing music during my workout. Will be buying these ear 2 when the come out in black.

I just hope they have better quality control this time around.
I bought the previous version last year in the newly debuted clear black version and, within 4 months, they fell apart.
Oh, and they unpaired randomly.
And it's a shame because before that, I championed them as the go to TWS earbuds.
They pair as soon as you open the case and, most importantly, feature ANC.
The only problem that I had was it kept disconnecting while I listed to music...
I have the black pair and have literally never had a issue with them. I gave them to my wife since getting the status anc3.

My left bud decided to go really dull in the audio. Basically dead. So I couldn't even use it anymore. 8 months after owning them btw
And recently, my right one went out

I got these thanks to this video! Unfortunately the battery life isn't fantastic, but they did match the advertised duration - so it was mainly my fault. My previous Sony SP-800N's had longer battery life... Perhaps you could test battery life in future videos, Flossy!

FYI. LHDC will only work with compatible phones. There are very few on offer at present but if you have a new Xiaomi One Plus/ Oppo of the same vintage just go out and buy them. There will be more joining later this year. Of course u need Tidal to stream high res. Looking forward to hearing them. Great value. APT X lossless v LHDC anyone have experienced both?
