Don't know if this is normal.. but I have heard from you that the only way to have 5 different gods is to be in a shop, have the 4th offer on the shop and the 5 on the door.. but it has happen to me in a different and unintended way.. Having 4 gods, one of them was a mistake, I had only one bon from him and sold it on the fountain at the end of a biome.. I also put the keepsake of another God to assure the 4th is the one I prefer (don'tknow if this is necessary). later on the game having already 4 gods.. later on the game the god I sold appear on a trial (the one with 2 gods) so I could have 5 gods from there forward. Thanks for the content of the game, I've been playing hades since a month ago, having a lot of fun.. pd. sorry my English it is not my main language.
@@OrlandoC8 Also, if u reach the last section with only 3 gods in the pool, is possible to get to 5 with the doors looking for the food, i managed to do it twice, but is just luck, not happening everytime
Only glitches I’ve ever encountered were some funny graphical ones - if Theseus or Hades throw their spear and you defeat them before they can recall it, then the spear stays there after they leave the battlefield. So the cherry on top to defeating either of those guys is taking a billion screenshots next to their abandoned spear whenever you get the chance >:)
Oh!!! Is that what happened? When I did my first 32 heat run. I saw it on the ground after beating hades. I looked online. Took screenshots. But couldn't figure out why. It looks so much like you're able to pick it up. Thank you!
How about the fish glitch? If there is a fish on the surface, after you defeated Hades, dont collect the rewards. Go fish first, then collect the rewards, go to main menu and open your save file back, you will get a second chance to fish!
One you missed which I think was worth mentioning is how ignited ichor scales with rush delivery, it doesn't add 20% for more than 1 ichor, it adds double the damage or something like that
The Peer Pressure glitch only happens if Peer Pressure is the first hangover stack applied to an enemy, but applies to all sources of hangover from that point onward. Somehow this makes the game believe that the damage is coming from a non-Zag source, which applies an 8x damage muliplier (this is why traps deal a lot more damage to enemies than to Zag).
Oh, the first time I ever actually beat Hades, I had the cluster bomb + rocket bomb hammers... I never knew about the glitch, no wonder I won :) This was a very neat video!
My favorite glitch is definitely the one with infinite blood stones and dashes. In one of the versions you could select and deselect some upgrades in the mirror and that would result in this exploit. I forgot the specific build but it's after the Beefy update, maybe after the Big Bad too.
Oh, I have been abusing the cluster+rockets unknowingly. Didn't realize it was bugged, just knew that it's an instant run winner as it DELETES even the chunkiest of enemies
To expand on the Skelly Bloodstone glitch, you can load a ridiculous amount of bloodstones if you keep loading the casts as you collect them. There’s no limit on the amount of casts can be loaded. So if you shot 9 into Skelly with the glitch, you can load all 9 into your bow if you manage to load them faster than you collect them. And keep upping the number by switching weapons after firing like in the video.
Before I watch here are a few that i found on my own and idk if are bugs or not. 1) I run stubborn defiance as i think it's a little more forgiving and i'll actually have something to use for hades:) but if you get the Athena death defiance refresh, you get to keep it if you're missing one. It works great in the lava area as you can purposely set it up and it puts teh DD last after the stubborn one and refreshes a lot of health. 2) Also the sword i found this on my own too- if you hit special and dash, you do some weird animation cancel dash special. it makes it a bit more safer to use and I don't think they intended it to work that way. 3) just a bit of a mechanic abuse but if you get one enemy down and use stubborn roots, you can regen your health back up in about 3 mins. That one seems in poor taste though idk if you should really do it. Now going to watch the vid and see what I'm missing hehe
Another glitch Quite easy to execute and usefull for bosses is that: If you somehow 1. Manage to get killed while using Stubborn Defiance, and then 2. Get a refill from Athena's Boons. "You will keep the refill plus the next stage get the Stubborn Defiance back". And have a not quite free but well earned Defiance single charge extra. Wich otherwise you are not able to get. Even if you already have the Tooth companion equiped. That means at least 3 Death Defiance on a chamber.
I just randomly found this but if you fully load Beowulf with casts and get Chaos' grasp upgrade to activate, you can have 7 casts (using infernal soul) until you unload them. Not sure if it works with Hera though.
one weird bug is if you get Hades to boil the blood of one of his summons, sometimes when you kill them the boiling blood will drop a bloodstone as if it was one of your casts, under the right circumstances, you can make this give you an extra cast, and as long as you use one before picking up the extra one you can keep it through out the fight

I imagine it could have some uses against Hades if you can trap him too. Especially on high heat EM4 and FO etc.
My favorite glitch is to "Hug" Hades when he is in the 360 beam phase. Instead of hiding or blocking the beam, you can stand as close to hades as possible and keeps hitting him while not receiving damage. It's not easy to pull off but after a bit of practice it gets easier and allows to kill him faster (great for speed runs).
For backstab zeus flare, i find it possible that the reporter of said bug forgot they picked up the artemis/athena duo boon that just lets your casts backstab
What if the the trippy flare oddities happen because it's dmg is somehow split into 2 halves. When pomed both of these halves get the same bonus but when critting only 1 of them is affected. 1 half gets +200% resulting in only double dmg in total.
my wife got an odd one last night, got 5 different god boons - Poseidon, Aphrodite, Zeus, Athena, Dionysus (and Hermes). She got the poseidon and aphro as 2ndary boons after the other 3, then she got all 5 + hermes for the rest of the time. Very interesting glitch.
It's not really a glitch ig? but once, I got caught in a pot trap right as I killed hades so through him dying and the scoreboard, zag just stood there in his stunned animation making that little struggle noise constantly. it was kinda funny to see (and hear) lmao
I wrote something to that effect in a long bug report back then when they were still making minor updates, but I guess they had already moved on to only fixing critical bugs anymore... or maybe the description is in some way tied to the bug, and so it's not an easy fix, who knows.
Damn, most interesting glitch I had was one of the urns with money in them spawning in an area that's impossible to reach. I think it was outside the area of the Tisiphone fight?
No idea how it happened, but recently I got the survival room dialogue, visuals and music when I entered a room in Asphodel? It didn't (iirc) pause the timer though, so no use for speedruns even if you could figure out how to replicate it.
A couple other things that I don't think seem intended are A.) getting multiple defiances with Stubborn - e.g. losing your SD and getting an Athena boon to refill it, and B.) the rainbow-run situation - that you can get your Olympian pool to 5 gods (even in Tartarus) if you can get a Charon store where you have #4 for sale and #5 as the reward for the next chamber
One cool bug that i found is this guy who streams on twitch that looks exactly like Dan, plays the same games and has the same running jokes. Honestly a mistery

Interesting coincidence that might explain the bug a bit but the 0.5 seconds is meant to indicate how often the damage triggers on enemies. You can look at the description of other Hangover boons to get a better idea of why it's off.
Yeah this game blows... I've been playing this game for 6 months. And I haven't even been able to pass the first stage... It is ridiculously hard... Makes no sense to even play...

It works in any chamber that you fight, I believe. You just have to make sure to save after you defeat the enemies

How the Ichor stacks doesn't seem to be a bug but just how it works. Could be wrong though.
yeah move speed bonuses are just generally multiplicative in Hades, unlike most damage bonuses

I found out you can slowly clip through Cerberus by dashing repeatedly

On a gun, when you have a deflect on Special and rocket from the hammer, triggering Special would deflect EVERYTHING on a map back. Insane glitch.

Honestly, I hope they just change the descriptions to be accurate to the game. No sense in confusing players with esoteric mechanics.
In Heroes of Newerth, you can change info texts into data heavy, simplified, or 'flavoured' texts.
I wrote something to that effect in a long bug report back then when they were still making minor updates, but I guess they had already moved on to only fixing critical bugs anymore... or maybe the description is in some way tied to the bug, and so it's not an easy fix, who knows.
At this point I doubt it'll happen. Probably focusing everything on the sequel. So maybe it'll be taken more into consideration in that.

How is Peer pressure bugged? 6 damage per 0.5 secs applied every 4 seconds is 48.
