Apple pie can be made with easy pie crust made without butter

This is an apple pie recipe with sliced apples luxuriously arranged.
It is made from dough, but this puff pastry is very versatile!
I make a kneaded pie instead of a folded pie, but I make it using oil instead of butter.
The oil is also resistant to temperature changes, so there is no failure to make it easy to work.
It is finished with thin baking, so it's easy to make and the finish is crispy!
It is an apple pie with a simple dough and apples, and the sweetness of apples stands out.
The puff pastry is not sweet, so please enjoy it with various arrangements! It's delicious even if you bake it as it is!
[Recipe] 1 apple (about 8 cuts)
Strong powder 70g
Thin powder 70g
About 2g of salt
Sugar 8g
Oil 50g
(I'm using rice oil)
35g of water
1 apple
Extra amount Granulated sugar, cane sugar, etc.
Butter or shiny jam to your liking
1 Make puff pastry.
Mix strong flour, flour, salt, and sugar well to blend the oil into the whole.
When the powder is gone, let the whole water be absorbed.
Extend it about 3 times until the uneven color disappears and fold it repeatedly to make it crisper!
Put it in plastic wrap or bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
2 Cut the apples in half, remove the core and seeds, and cut them into 2-3 mm slices.
3 Streat the rested fabric to a 3mm thickness, put it on the sheet, and arrange the apples at equal intervals.
Top with sugar and diced butter to your liking,
Bake in an oven preheated to 200℃ for 25 to 30 minutes.
If you want to shine, apply the loosened jam to the apple and it's done!
