Everytime I watch it I get so emotional
1- because Arsenio's show was almost over and 2-(MORE IMPORTANTLY) all the MC's that came and showed a crucial element in Hip Hop which is called Unity. I cherished that moment when I saw it in 1994 and still to this very day. I hope that you added this video to your Favorites like I did so whenever you are around the company of the lost souls who claim what hip hop is, you will have a precious jewel or gem to drop on em.

Half of rap's greatest stars are in this video. The variety of MCs back then was tremendous, everyone had his/her own distinct style and there was great variety. And tne flows were awesome.

This brings tears to my eyes. Fantastic! I remember watching this live back in '94 with my brother. The beat is classic Pete Rock and the rhymes are timeless. Back then you could be proud to be a hip-hop fan, this was (and still is) Real Music!

Arsenio Hall was a trend setter. Back in the day, he made not going to the club cool. Every night, his show crushed all comers!! There was nobody better than AH. Thanks Arsenio. We miss you.

Back then, this was the ONLY show outside of BET you would see a 6 min long hip hop cypher on a late night talk show or any show for that matter. That's why 5 1/2 years was a feat that Arsenio Hall should be proud of.
