sorry might a little bit more information, are you talking about Bluestacks not being in your language or the game? if it is the game it will always be in Japanese. but Bluestacks should be in your language there should be a way to change it to your language in the setting.

I have on my main account multiple times and no problems! I think people are doing it so often that they don't care or it doesn't matter at all

I haven't tried that but I think you should still be good, but you might still need bluestacks to be able to run puni puni

I don't believe so due to the level 5 account being Japanese making it where you have to live there or have a VPN there.
