The Kenworth 963 is very stable, but not more stable than the 5600TS. On the Twinsteers, JAT OHD1's are the best option. Slightly better than their mud options but most importantly, more stable. And the 963 and the Zikz 612H engines produce the same power. So you contradicted yourself.

Burlak is awful for carrying cargo, especially over the top, it always turns over and its crane is too weak.

Do the vehicles take into account the extra weight? Or does it just register the packed cargo?
unpacked cargo is ignored and ajust to 1 or 2 (max) tons (in order to pick it up with manual loading). So it's OP.

My Kenworth 963 has no AWD. The Truck Shops says it has AWD but i cant turn it off or on.
Can be used after obtaining the upgrade.

Yes, the Twinsteer does not have its own crane. But you can get another truck to manually load it.
