It may come from Enoch 15. The concept is throughout that whole chapter but primarily verses 3 through 7. Speaking the angels who mated with women, He states:
You being spiritual, holy, and possessing a life which is eternal, have polluted yourselves with women; have begotten in carnal blood; have lusted in the blood of men; and have done as those who are flesh and blood do. These however die and perish.
Therefore have I given to them wives, that they might cohabit with them; that sons might be born of them; and that this might be transacted upon earth. But you from the beginning were made spiritual, possessing a life which is eternal, and not subject to death for ever. Therefore I made not wives for you, because, being spiritual, your dwelling is in heaven.
Please don't avoid it we are here because we have fallen.

Nine new testament apostles mention scripture from book of Enoch, Apocrypha means hidden scripture and it meant that way to defeat those Mormons. Funny the Mormon received the Apocrypha scripture in their time capsule not a long ago and didn't really bother to tell their church members. It mention constellations in that book. Ethiopian church carry these in their bible , it expound more of the scriptures in the holy bible. Did you know that Enoch wrote 366 books altogether ? Someone here on youtube brought to my attention that Enoch who walked with God and whom the Lord loved and took up to heaven is also the same Enoch who is referenced in Jude. Also, if you look in the front of a KJV bible it states Enoch is a recommend book to read. The same Enoch who walked with our Lord and whom He loved. This for me solidified that it was ok to reference Enoch. Not to say it's scripture, but it is a good extra Biblical source.

      @scotward 2 года назад +4

@@aguy446 The 'morning stars' were with YHVH when he 'laid the foundations of the earth' (Job 38:4-7 KJV). Then, in Isaiah 14:12 we see one of the 'morning stars' thrown down to earth and this can not be the satan, or opposer of YHVH, because in verse 16 he is a man, ''Is this the man", and in verse 21 he has children, ''Prepare slaughter for his children" (KJV). No doubt you'll ask about this, "How art thou fallen from heaven" in verse 12. Perhaps you'll even point out the fact that the dragon in Revelation 12:8-9 also is kicked out of heaven along with his angels, confirming what Jesus saw and proclaimed, ''I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven" (Luke 10:18 KJV). But, how can Jesus see the satan cast out during his days, if Isaiah 14 says the satan was cast out in his days as the king of Babylon, who is a man, and has children? Also, that king goes to his grave (Is 14:11), but the dragon, who is the ancient serpent (Rev 12:9), goes to the bottomless pit (Rev 20:3), then to hell (Rev 20:12) as shown in Revelation.
Don't overlook the fact that there are two entities with YHVH before man, woman, or even earth were created (Job 38:4-7). They are called 'sons of YHVH' and 'morning stars' and they sang and shouted for joy (Job 38:7) as the foundation of earth were laid. But, what happens to them? These are the ones that did wickedly, and Jude speaks of them. Psalms 82 tells us exactly who they are and what became of them. YHVH is in "the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods" (Psalms 82:1). Who are the 'gods'? He tells us in verses 6-7, "Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High..." "...ye shall die like men..." (Psalms 82:6-7 KJV). How are 'gods' to die like a man? They are cast out of heaven to earth and Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 are two examples of these entities becoming kings and dying like men. Isaiah 14 is for the king of Babylon (v 4), and that 'king' who is on earth was a 'morning star' in heaven, or what the translators of KJV called 'Lucifer', which is a non-translated Latin word meaning light bearer and in this verse is a 'morning star'.
The Ezekiel 28 entity can not be the satan, since he is an 'anointed cherub'..."in Eden the garden of YHVH" (Ezekiel 28:13), and the dragon is ''that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan'' (Rev 12:9 KJV). If you go to Genesis 3:1 you'll see the serpent was never an ''anointed cherub'', but rather a created 'beast of the field' ("...the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made... ~ Genesis 3:1 KJV)
When Jesus said he is the Son of Man, Son of God, The bright morning star, YHVH in the flesh, The Word, he is saying he is all things and is perfect in all things.
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." ~ Ephesians 6:12 KJV
This wickedness occurs when ''...the sons of God saw the daughters of men..." & as a result of this we're told this, "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." (Genesis 6:2-4). This passage confirms what the ancient world worshiped. Look at ever culture, they all worshiped 'gods'. Psalms 82, Isaiah 14, Ezekiel 28, and Genesis 6 confirms this. Genesis 6:4 says these entities where before the flood and after the flood, ''and also after that.." (Genesis 6:4 KJV). But, here's the problem when it comes to translations, Deuteronomy 32:8.
Deuteronomy 32:8 is Moses telling the people about the days when YHVH divided the nations. This took place at the Tower of Babel. The KJV says that YHVH "...divided to the nations....separated the sons of Adam....according to the number of the children of Israel" (Deut 32:8 KJV). But, Israel didn't exist at the Tower of Babel, when YHVH divided the nations. So, why did the KJV translators say that? The Dead Sea scrolls found in 1948 say 'sons of YHVH' instead of 'children of Israel'. Knowing what Psalms 82 says, and given the two examples of spiritual entities that die like men in Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28, the Dead Sea Scrolls are more accurate and confirm YHVH's Word. The KJV translators didn't have access to the Dead Sea Scrolls, because they've been buried for thousands of years. So, if anything has changed over the course of time, we can see exactly who made the changes. That appears to be the KJV translators.
Another strange translation is of the 'pale horse' in Revelation 6:8. Nearly all translations follow the KJV and saying the horse is a 'pale horse'. But, the same Greek word, "chlōros" is translated as 'green' in Revelation 9:4. The problem is, what color is a 'pale' horse? Paint for me a horse that is pale, without knowing it's color. Most translators follow the KJV and say 'a pale horse', but YHVH said 'green'. No man knows the mind of YHVH, so YHVH's Holy Spirit must reveal the meaning of the Seals/Trumpets...and the 'green horse' makes sense when the Holy Spirit of YHVH reveals the meaning. But, one can not see it if they're only following what their Zechariah 11 teachers tell them.

WindWipper : Matthew 22 is far more significant as Jesus directly calls the Book of Enoch scripture. There is additionally the factor of the long history of it prior to 1827 that you are apparently also unaware. In a nutshell, the book of Enoch (1) is indeed absolutely scripture no question about it and anyone who says otherwise is quite ignorant of that one both historically as well content

So Jude does not quote the "Book of Enoch" but another source now lost. That could have even been oral tradition never written down. Or if it was (possibly even at a later point) it didn't survive to this day.

He said that the church has board members that tell pastors what they can or can not speak at the pulpit; The Books of Enoch are some of these they say not to share, but because The Holy Spirit spoke, he obeyed and gave us some of the books to go and purchase and to begin to read and study them.

The First King James Bible included the Apocrypha which was 14 books then they were removed as not being inspired by the Holy Ghost. Written in that 400 year period as Michael Pearl says. As usual, I really like Michael's teachings and encouragement to others.
My study's have shown that the Apocrypha books DID NOT include the book(s) of Enoch. Some say the Apocrypha was 15 books but again, non of these books were the book(s) of Enoch.
In Matthew 22, starting at verse 24; Sadducees were trying to trick Jesus. They give a scenario of 7 brothers who in turned died and married the same woman then asked Jesus which of the husbands would who's wife she would be when people rise from the dead. Jesus rebuked them for non knowing the scriptures and answered that when the dead rise, they do not marry and they are not given to be married. At resurrection the dead who rise are as the Angels of God in Heaven. NOW TO MY UNDERSTANDING, JESUS IS REBUKING SADDICESS FOR NOT KNOWING THIS SCRIPTURE AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE THAT SCRIPTURE IS ONLY FOUND IN THE BOOK OF ENOCH.
I also understand that the book of Enoch was translated in the period that Michael spoke of BUT I'm of the opinion that the actual scriptures of Enoch was preserved by Noah and kept throughout the generations.
Finally, like all things, evil always muddies the waters and as a result, there are many versions of the translations of Enoch. I found some to be on the side of satanic even. As per my limited knowledge and studies, I found that the best and safest translated version was made by R.H. Smith.
Michael is absolutely correct when he says that God provided us with the scriptures he wanted us to have and for us, it is the New King James Bible which does not include Enoch. Therefore, understanding God's word in the KJVB is all that is needed. I would recommend people stay with that and not venture out as it is not needed and is filled with pit falls.
God bless and peace be with you all.
P.S. I'm going out on a limb here but I'm predicting the Rapture in 2021.

I read it a a kid in the Bible. I am 60ish now. Several books were removed. The Bible is not suppose to be added to. Nor subtracted from. Per God. That means no one. Absolutely no one. Including priests are not to change the Bible. This is your question answered, in a nut shell.
Best way to learn. Is to read it . 14 books we must find. Read. Learn. The torah which is the jewish bible is very different than the american Bibles. Even the ones with the new and old testament. Those who understood the language. Born with the language. know what they original said. No misinterpretations. Changing words to another language. For someone to understand. As long as that word means the same thing. It's not wrong. How else could they read and be saved.
After all the american bible. Is also a translation of original scrolls.
It is when we change the words. Not for language purpose. That the translations get misconstrued. Given different meanings. Changing what God has spoken.

As Michael Heiser notes in his video "Why are there different Old Testament Canons?" up until the Masoretic Jews formed the modern Hebrew Bible, there wasn't really an established canon.

I also believe that the writers of the New Testament knew some happenings of the long time past through direct revelation from God (not from written sources). For example, In Jude 1:9 tells about dispute between Archangel Michael and Satan over the body of Moses, I wondered where did the writer have the reference from? because nowhere else in the Bible you can find about this dispute, so it might have been revealed directly to the writer by the Holy Spirit. Mr. Pearl, my question to you is what are your thoughts about the 3rd passover in John 6:4? After doing my own study I honestly believe it should not be there. Only two passovers are allowed per year and Matthew, Mark, and Luke's gospels only seem to tell a one year story. Also nothing was recorded in the favorable year of the Lord if this 3rd passover is kept. To me, its like leaven that has spoiled the whole loaf of the book of John.
