I was told to go to Sunday school by dad...well , I got walking pneumonia and had to miss some classes and my dad brought me bak to Sunday school...and the secretary says she will not get confirmed with her class ...well dad got flipped out ,like he does when angry...and pulled me out of Sunday school back then . SO NO MORE SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR ME . IR MY BABY SISTER. BUT I BELIEVE IN HIM TODAY AND I LOVE HIM and his teachings..thank you for continued service so I can keep learning...

I'm 56 and was saved about 16 months ago, and I was so happy and felt amazing for 6 to 8 months and then the warfare began, the Spirit battles for me everyday and I am so grateful for it because I would have not been able to do it myself, it is definitely true that he will fight you battles ,praise the Lord Jesus Christ and all glory be to God
Feel the same way. Important thing is to trust Gods word that says 1 John 1-5: if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The flesh is at war with the spirit of our soul and Satan is an accuser and tempter. God will always forgive you if you ask for forgiveness, desire to repent and proceed to repent. Amen

I don’t know you or your heart but I unfortunately learned allot about the occult before I learned about the savior, and ultimately accepted and was saved by his grace through faith. I've been saved for many years but still suffer from anxiety panic attacks and alcoholism. It makes me doubt my salvation. Please pray for me
When we have faith in what Jesus did for us by shedding His blood for our sins then we are putting all our faith in Christ with none of our own works (good behavior not required). Sealed for eternity, the mysteries of Paul tell me that I am already in the body of Christ and cannot be unborn. Reading the epistles of Paul is the best way to know you're saved. Thanks to all the Bible teachers out there that are KJV only. Separate the suffering of flesh from the hope of a glorified body and pray frequently.

I had an experience while having a heart transplant, I was convinced I was going to Heaven until a heavenly being told me it wasn’t my time, I learned that loving one another was what’s important.
I keep needing to hear this. I still struggle with sin, and have been fearful of if I'm really saved. I keep thinking if I'm saved why do I still sin? I thought getting baptized would change me ,but I still sin. I keep saying I believe, but I still sin. My heart is sinful, but I believe. I question myself do I really believe? Because if I did wouldn't I be changed? Wouldn't I stop sinning? I feel like there is something I'm just not getting.
As Christians we still have the sinful desires, but the Holy Spirit inside you gives you the power to resist the temptation. That's something we have to learn and practice though. It's not automatic.
How much do you sin? How often? What kind of sins? How bad do I feel after? Am I sinning as much as the next guy? Am I sinning less than I used to? Instead of trying to play detective and deduce whether or not you're saved, why not depend on God's promises. They are sure and so you will be able to know for sure also. 1 John 5:13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. Thats how you know, by Gods promise. Now isnt that easier and more simple and sure than trying to figure it out by examining your behaviour? Trust in God's promises, not your efforts.
I have struggled with this exact thing that you just said for the last 22 years..... I truly wonder if I believed rightly ? There were times I didn't really believe I was a sinner. All these mind games and self-deception. I know my sins that were taken away in 2010 I am still free of today. I still struggle with pornography and homosexuality but now I see I have the power to overcome. I still struggle with and it made me wonder if I really am saved because I am cursing also now. I was lead to these videos by the grace of God and I attend a small fellowship of believers. I have to believe this is the Lord because I didn't find this or was searching for this on my own. I have been crying out for deliverance.
I think the fact that we are concerned and seek God shows that we are alive. I know and believe that Jesus died for my sins.

I love this and I believe it with all my heart. I can now start my redemption and live the life God has asked me to live. I want to become a servant of God. I want to follow everything God asks me to do. This world is going away and I want to start building a life in heaven.

I have spent years in what could probably be described as a Lukewarm Christian. There was a period of time of intense shame and guilt from screw ups being revealed that helped me turn from sin and have been seeing a lot of growth from that state but I notice that I am being attacked spiritually more often and stronger. Particularly at night in those transition moments from fully awake to asleep and out of it. This is new and asking for prayers. Jesus is lord and savior and I have repented and prayed for these attacks to be blocked.

Best sermon on the GOSPEL I've ever heard. I thought I was saved about 10 years before I was saved! When I received the Holy Spirit I KNEW I was saved. They were wonderful self righteous rough tribulation years. I served GOD in the Church [building] 2 to 3 days a week I gave about 30% I was so GOOD. When I received the Holy Spirit, It was revealed that God did not like my rotten fruit. There is only one acceptable offering. The Blood of the Lamb HE provided!

Before I knew Jesus I was in a relationship. Towards the end of the relationship I was diagnosed as a type one diabetic when I was ill with mono. The mono attacked my liver, I lost 30 lbs making me weigh 130. Once I recovered and started treating myself with insulin she left me. I was ripped apart, I drank nearly 1/5th of vodka daily for a month and cursed her out saying anything I could to make her feel the way I did. 6months later my friends told me about what God did on the cross and I wept. I prayed that one day she would reach out so that I could tell her about God. One month ago, 2 years after I last spoke to her she reached out and apologized. I’m still waiting to see her in person if it is God’s will so I can share the gospel with her appropriately. Please pray that she receives the gospel so I can save her soul because I love her dearly.

I understand how you feel and so does the apostle Paul. He expresses himself in Romans 9:3 saying "For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my countrymen according to the flesh,"
I'll pray for you. I can't begin to recall the people I would have traded my spot in Heaven for. I'm convinced that the only thing more vicious than suffering the agonies of Hell ourselves is losing one of our loved ones to that fire. I pray that she'll not only believe God pleading through you for her but that your witness and testimony might be delivered by Jesus' otherworldly love for us all.
2 Corinthians 5:20 "Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God."

@@music-man2795 Sorry sir what Bible are you taking that verse from 2 Cor. 5:20 The KJV 1611 Is different from your word of God leaving out? pray in that verse for beg and you bible left out beseech not appeal. God will give us sorrows he does that for a reasons, to put your faith in our Lord Jesus Christ that die for our sins.

You get forgiven once in your life. You don’t have to beg for it over and over. If all you do is ask for forgiveness you won’t be forgiven. When you believe God about Jesus Christ you get forgiven for and cleansed from all your sin.
Read Colossians 2:13 in the King James Bible. I also highly recommend Mikes cheap pamphlet on the “ 1 John 1:9 protestant confessioal”. It will be enlightening to you.
Asking for forgiveness doesn’t bring forgiveness, believing in who Jesus is and what He’s done for you brings complete forgiveness. Daily begging will get you no where, read the Bible and believe it.
Trust in the blood. Without blood theirs no remission of sins. When I started trusting his blood, I stopped asking for forgiveness, because when I trust the blood. It cleanses ALL sins away. He said, IT. IS. FINISHED!

I always find myself coming back to these videos, I sin out of sheer ignorance, my mind goes completely blank and I'm like a zombie and I say and do things that I don't even want to do. I know I'm wrong, I love God and I want righteousness. I want to be in the presence of my lord, I don't want to be away from him in anyway. I live my life in the ways of the world but in my heart i'm not like this. I'm constantly talking to God about my mistakes and how it comes naturally and I always fail everyday and have to ask forgiveness each day. I hate my body, I have body dysmorphia, depression, anxiety, PTSD. find myself always being hateful because I don't even love myself sometimes, I love others but can't even love myself
I know how you feel. May I advise what I am trying? I'm trying to stop asking for forgiveness and just believe in it with all my heart, Jesus that is. Reckon myself as Jesus on the right side throne of God and a overcomer.
I hope u have overcome this but incase u haven't I would love to help. When we read about how Judas betrayed Jesus and afterwards he felt sooooo sorry for what He did he couldn't handle it. So rather than confessing and asking for the promised forgiveness and repenting he let his guilt and shame take over and chose to die in his sin. It is a outright rejection of the grace and the horrific torture and crucifixion of Jesus. The whole reason He endured what He did is to reconcile us to God. Please don't reject it. He loves us soooo much.
Just remember that Jesus died for ALL of your sins! Past, Present, and Future. When you got saved he forgave you of ALL of your sins. Past, Present, and Future. I used to be the same way, always asking forgiveness after sinning. But then I realized that God doesn’t tell us to keep asking for forgiveness over and over. When we mess up he wants us to confess/acknowledge our sins and THANK HIM that he’s already forgiven us! He is faithful and just to forgive us if we confess to him 🙌🏽

I wish more Christians could grasp this! This right here, what you spoke of, was my source of joy when I was born-again and I had a good teacher who emphatically, tirelessly taught as you did, until we could accept it! It sounds too good to be true---but it IS true! Makes a huge difference in the confidence we have in Christ. My teacher had a little acrostic for who we are by the Spirit who indwells us. She called it: PIES = Perfect, Incorruptible, Eternal, Sanctified.
Mike these teachings are opening my eyes and changing my mind. I’m an American living in the Philippines and it’s hard being a lone Christian, I take a beating because I have no fellowship here or any sound doctrine especially in English. Thank you sir! 🙏🏻

All my works are as filthy rags and nothing I ever do can balance the scale. My believing in Jesus results in Jesus balancing the scale by His righteousness.
I had a false conversion when I repeated a prayer a pastor told me, not even understanding the gospel and was told I was saved. I had the impression that that prayer saved me. The "conversion" didn't stick and eventually I went back to a sinful lifestyle. It wasn't until years later when I was alone with God He convicted me that I was a sinner and I repented and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. That was a genuine conversion that didn't fit the ABC salvation prayer formula, but was a cry from my heart that I knew I was a sinner on my way to hell and Jesus Christ was the only answer.

As we all need the lord Jesus Christ
When it finally “clicks” that we are considered a spotless lamb, white as snow, clean and free indeed, joy illuminates off our faces. We then feel the peace that cannot be explained and how glorious that feeling is. His precious blood for a wretched sinner like me…He crazy loves us, His greatness creations that He only wants to have a relationship with, I mean, how beautiful is that!?? He was despised, rejected , spat on, dying the cruelest death INTENTIONALLY for people that wanted nothing to do with Him….it blows my mind…. I want only to worship and serve our King for all eternity, nothing else matters to me, nothing…..oh I love my family and friends but I love Him more…He is first in ALL our lives. Can you imagine during the millennium when He is on Earth, people still rebelling at the end !!….maybe as His Saints we can witness to the mortal ones….we shall do as He says. Thanking Him will never be enough….just the fact we were born is such a gift, a miracle….He knew us before we were in the womb. Incredible 🙏🙌🏼🙏

This is an easy one. How do you know you are forgiven and saved? 1st John 3: 14 says, "We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death." Now this does not mean we have to love the "ways" of our brethren but we must love our brethren despite his/her ways. What were the two great commandments of Christ that condensed the ten commandments? Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, mind, and soul. Secondly love thy neighbor as thyself. These two cannot be accomplished if any of the ten are broken. Without acceptance of Christ in the heart through repentance and forgiveness of sins by the shed blood of Christ keeping the commands is impossible. Self reformation is not possible. Only Christ can change hearts and reform lives. Thanks for sharing.
Not only are we forgiven of sin but Christ made it for us as if we were never in the state of sin in God's eyes !!
I've always been glad that Works was never a requirement to be saved, because if it were, well... there's no way I could possibly make it. One thing that I always struggled with ever since hearing the Gospel over and over again through my life is "why would He want someone like me...?" and I remember emailing my pastor a few times asking him that and he could never really put it in a way that I'd understand, and then about 8 years ago mom sat me down one day in her room and we talked about the Lord for several hours and I think I started understanding then, well... kinda. I understand that He saves everybody regardless of what you are, because what sins you did don't matter. That part I get. A part of me still doesn't really think I'm really all that useful to Him. I get that He would save me like He does anybody else, and I have faith that He did, I just don't understand why. But I don't need to. The Bible asks for "childlike faith" and a child will just believe in something their parents tell them, they might ask why or not understand why but they'll just nod anyhow. I don't understand why the Lord would want someone like me or what He could possibly expect me to do to be useful to Him, but... I just live my life hoping there's a purpose for it somewhere in there, because it sure seems useless to me at times, especially now after my parents passed last year. It's not that I want to "do" something to "earn" salvation, that's not what I'm saying... I'm just saying that He went through all the trouble of saving me, taking on my sins, and all that... I wish I could at least do _something_ in return, but my life feels so useless. I just hope and pray that He got (or will get) some kind of use out of me.
