Varla sent me this scooter to review and I have shared my honest opinion. This is one crazy fast scooter. Seriously. No joke, I won't go top speed. Plus the torq is nuts. Great for dead stop acceleration and also going uphill. I will be uploading a few more videos as I use this scooter and get to know it. It's early in the testing process still but from what I can tell so far, it is one awesome scooter. I would be shocked if someone was not pleased with it.
Great scooter for high speeds in the city or on the trail.

That one person when you was driving that scooter the people did not look back when you ring the bell it should be a horn just like a car loud enough to warn other pedestrians that you are coming through and that is one fast scooter it is so Mega awesome and thank you for sharing this video with all of us blessed be to you rock on dude

i love putting it on turbo+dual motors at 3rd gear for max power. I drive normally at 15 mph, but whenever its clear i race it to 30 and then back down

@adam. Have you bought a (left) side mirror for it yet? (So you don’t have to look behind for cars). If you have, do you know where to attach it to the handlebars? It’s kind of tricky because of the positioning of left hand brake and the eco/turbo button, as well as the curve of the handlebars right there. I still haven’t found the sweet spot for where to attach the mirror. If you figure it out, let me know please.

I know this question isn't related to the video but when will you upload a new video to your arcade channel? My father also has an old aztec pinball machine and I'm really enjoying your series showing how to fix stuff on them and I'm trying to convince him to bring it home so I can fix it.
I’ll be doing a few more videos on it. I plan on repainting the cabinet this summer. Also the back glass is in terrible shape. Paint peeling everywhere. How’s yours?
@@AdamDIY From what I can see ours has almost no paint peeling on it at all. Only some paint around the edge

There's so much acceleration you actually can't pull throttle all the way or you will fall off. No lie.

I know you can use a 5 amp charger. But can you use the stock 2amp and a 5 amp at the same time
No, they typically advise that you use 2 chargers that use the same voltage. Using 2 chargers with different voltages may damage the battery. That goes with all scooters
@@justinguler3540 but im not using 2 different voltages if you carefully read what i asked you will understand. I asked if i can use a 5 "amp" charger and a 2 amp charger at the same time. Voltage would be the same

@@tonymontana-ot3ek yes. There is a button to switch between single and dual motor use. Also a button for turbo or eco mode. Dual motor and turbo together is the most powerful and then you have three gears to choose from which will change the top speed

Sure looks fun. Bought one myself... About two months ago. Still hasn't arrived. Customer service is absolutely useless in determining arrival time beyond vague timelines, like "maybe Late-June /early-July"

How is this a new scooter? This is just a rebranded Zero10X from many years ago that no one sells anymore because it's been superseded by all the new models (i.e. Vsett10)

The varla has a higher top speed than the zero10x. The range is quite a few miles longer and it costs a couple hundred dollars less than the zero10x. Not to mention that the varla has hydraulic brakes which is superior to the mechanical brakes of the zero10x.

Realistic range would be good to know
It’s 40 miles on Eco-mode with 1 motor on in ideal conditions (that’s a max speed of 18-20 mph). So, you would figure with both motors on, and exceeding 20 mph (20-40mph), it would be a 20-25 mile limit.
I ride mine everywhere with both motors on and exceed 20-25mph frequently. I usually go out for 1-2 hours. I’ve never ran out of battery. I usually still have half battery left when I return.
I’ve had about enough of it after a 2 hour ride, it gets exhausting/boring after that.
Also, you get two free gifts with the purchase of the Eagle One. One of the gifts can be an extra charging cord, (it has two charging ports), which takes the charging time of a completely dead battery from 9 hours down to 4 1/2 hours.
I got.mine going to 47 in dual motor turbo mode

You really want a full motorcycle helmet. If you crash you're likely to land on your chin. At 40mph it is not overkill.

Yes the Apollo Phantom is better in every way with newer tech. The Varla is just a rebranded Zero10x for many years ago.

Worst scooter ever. Before you buy do your research. Horrible company. Dealing with them was a huge nightmare. Broke after 2 weeks and a nightmare to return. Had to file a claim with my credit card company b4 getting varla to respond.
