You do know that we're being bombarded with much more light just by existing anywhere outside of a cave than green LEDs on your wrist can produce, right? It's absolutely, completely harmless, and in the cases of people who require heart rate monitoring like myself, it's extremely beneficial to have.
This is how an informative video should be made. Amazing job man. I got all my answers I was looking and asking from last 3 days. It will be a lot easier to make my decision now. Thankyou
The 40mm has a really small screen tho, makes it very difficult to use. The 44mm looks just fine on everyone if you have the simple model not the classic one!
I was waiting for this comment, I have a mi band 6 and at an older age I can hardly see the little bits of the screen. Will attempt for the 44m without the bezel, if I can confirm it works fine with the Moto Edge 30..
Thanks for the comparison, I was on the fence on which to order, but my wrist is about the size of yours and thought the 40mm fit the best so I went with the 40mm. I think it will fit perfectly.
I also have small wrist at 6.5inch and was worried that 44m would look big but I went with it anyway. With the original wrist strap it comes with it certainly looks a tad big since it protrudes but once I bought a third party strap, it looks totally fine and fitting on my wrists :D
Thanks, I was waiting a few months for the pink 40mm on back-order and just cancelled to go with the 44mm in sapphire. I will order a smaller bad like you suggested. Thanks for your review!
I got my 40mm today, negative part is screen size is way too small than i expected and got only 8 hours by connecting wifi and Bluetooth. So i requested to return my watch
Thanks bro, you're probably the only one I found with a size comparison on the wrists. My wrist is around 180mm, but I'm probably gonna rock the small one, feel the 44mm is way too big for my hand. I'll just suffer from charging it more often but fek it, confort over charging I guess. Thanks a lot for the review.

Meh. I have a small wrist like you, so I went with the 40mm one. Hehe. I'm transitioning from one of those fit bands, which was WAY MORE smaller than the 40mm watch 😂👍. Thanks for the video
Great review man. I just ask that you focus a bit more on what you are saying. 1. you said the smaller watch size is 44x44 but it is actually 44x39. 2. You kept referring to the bigger watch as 45 when it is actually 44. 3. You said 40 hours is almost 3 days. 40 hours is not even 2 days. 4. 20 pounds and 20 dollars are not the same and in US the difference in price is actually $50 between the two watches. Anyway, no worries the video is useful and fantastic nonetheless.
I ordered a Galaxy S22 and T-mobile gave me the Galaxy 4 40mm for free along with a free Otter box case and a free screen protector. It should be here on November 9th and I can't wait.
I went to the shop and tried both on. There was a security tag on both devices but was surprised at how it doesn't wrap around the wrist nicely. The straps stick out from the wrist making it even wider on the wrist. The 44mm didn't fit well at all even though the screen size is nicer.
Have you tried putting a cloth sports strap on it? I have the 40mm one and although I have a small wrist, the area where it fits with the watch stood out. By putting a sports fabric strap on it, it bothers me much less
I had a question. So l tried the galaxy 5 44mm. So it fit me but there were like 4 more holes left. But I'm just thinking should I go for the Pro or get the 5 but I hope it fits me in the future too.
Hey. 44mm should be fine. Because your wrist is a joint, there is no actual muscle present. This is why its almost impossible for your wrists to grow in size. Remember, you can always change straps for a bigger or small one - but you can’t change case size once purchased so think carefully on which Watch you choose.
Can you tell me.. Is there a font adjustment available on this watch? Like, if I get a text across the screen.. Is that font size adjustable? I need a large font in order to use this watch. Thx.

The LEDs used to measure heart rate are at a brightness level within published safety guidelines. Plus they don’t contain UV or other potentially harmful frequencies. I’m not too concerned.
Slight correction: 40 hours is actually more than a day and a half. Still pretty good considering all the stuff this watch can do.
Oops! Thanks for correcting me. I miscalculated.
