LOVE THIS WORKOUT! A few years ago i weighed 240lbs and a trainer told me the best advice. Said to stop doing regular cardio. Told me to diet, and do full body calisthenic workouts with minute sets and 15 second rests. That same year i dropped to 180lbs following his workouts. My packs were forming, i lost weight and built a bunch of muscle (most will tell you its impossible to achieve both). In the last year, stuff happened, financial problems, bad eating and no exercise. I blew up to 255lb. I looked for videos, even from 6mil subscriber trainers... and let me tell you, this video is by far the best. None of the movesets are crazy. It is exactly like my old trainer taught me. I can promise you this guy here will get you results. Also, dont listen to anyone who tells you this isnt for beginners. All true calisthenics people know that the biggest advantage of calisthenics is the ability to change difficulty on the fly. You cant do pushups? Do negatives, or on your knees, or off a table. Every excercise shown here can be made easier or harder. Once again, thank you so much for this video!
@@alacran2568 I've tried many in the past. Any Atkin/Keto diet will get the job done, if you can handle the no bread/rice ordeal. However, if you want my personal suggestion, I would go for a healthy and easy to maintain diet that I've learned from my coach. Its low glycemic and nutrient timing. Most foods fall into a glycemic index of high/low. For example, white bread (high) spike your blood sugar. So the idea is basically eat low glycemic food except during post workout... where high glycemic foods can help shuffle the protein where it's needed (aka Nutrient timing). So, most of the day, you can eat your protein source and some low glycemic sides like veggies/beans etc. After workout, you can drink your protein shake and within 2 hours, eat a solid meal that contains a higher glycemic index food. For example, a nice roast beef sandwich with white bread. This way, you are not depriving yourself of any tasty food, it helps your post workout protein, and it is a further incentive to exercise as tasty meals are great. The biggest thing though is to not overdo it. You want to make a nice burger? Great. Skip the fries.

i am 35 years old, 6 feet, 95kg and out of shape. I do this work out for 4 weeks now, 3 times per week and it is excellent. I replaced the arm walking push ups, push up and pike and side to side with 3 sets of regular push ups and added 3 sets of 20 "one arm rows" and "biceps curls" with a small 5 kg dumbbell. Add 5 min warm up and 5 minute stretches in the end and i'm already feeling sharp and fresh. I'm gonna stick to this for another month and then i'm gonna find something harder from your other videos. Never forget, this guy on the video is at peak fitness and I am old and out of shape: there is a pause button for an extra minute if needed. 😂

Until two years ago I was reseanably fit for my age. I am hoping to return some fitness to enjoy life a little more. There were some exercises I had an extra rest but that's my challenge, to eventually get through them all. My old knee injury isn't helping either but I did some of the knee bends and squats at a slower pace to keep going. Never forget, this guy on the video is at peak fitness and I am old and out of shape: there is a pause button for an extra minute if needed. 😂
Nice, I love this ❤❤🎉
I was a fitness girl and gym rat for 5 years, then I went to study and live abroad and stopped training for 2 years, lost most of my muscle and got soft :( now I'm trying to get back in shape and get toned again, I've started about 3 weeks ago and I've been walking everyday for at least 1 hr and then doing basic 4 x 20 squats, pushups and crunches. Today I've included this one and I'm gonna keep doing it 5 times a week and I'll try to update in 3 weeks.
Update?
