Dynamic speed is one of the hardest and most important tools to have in sport taekwondo. Going from zero to 100 is critical for timing and scoring when sparring. The main focus of these drills is to start at a steady state, then blast through the footwork as fast as you can (almost to the point where you are messing up) with plenty of rest in between, and then hitting it hard again.
Think faster than your body can go.

Doing this kind of drills every training. I found myself that : Exelent technic, High Agility plus high coordination training the best for TKD. Sure power is also important, but first you need to hit clean and fast.
Doing TKD for like 21 Years and still love it, and love to learn more about.
