if i install a new windows on my desktop. will i have to reinstall my outlook
lets say i choose an option to keep all files when installing my new os? will it ask for my outlook login credentials?

If you are doing a fresh OS install, I believe all your software will be wiped. If that's the case, yes, you will have to re-install your Office again. If you are just doing a repair, I think you will be fine.

You can. But mail sever already save a copy in the sent folder, so why do you want to bcc yourself?
