You don’t gotta downplay Kakashi just so you don’t seeem biased. He wrecks Minato in the last 3 rounds 8-9 out of 10. Minato doesn’t scale in Those rounds at All

The only part i see an issue with was the part where anbu kakashi got 1 win against jonin minato, people dont understand the disparity between minato and kakashi, even in shippuden kakashi were below people like jiraiya orichimaru, even tsunade to an extent, at most kakashi was relative, but minato was introduced as being above the sannin, above hiruzen, blitzing raikage, cutting through perfect jinchuriki, if you are taking the storm generation cutscenes, its implied minato had to 1v1 hiruzen and jiraiya before becoming hokage, and minato beat them both, and he was not hokage yet, so jonin minato right and anbu kakashi on his best day and i do agree kakashi in the anbu at his best is somewhat above part 1 kakashi, but i think when shippuden kakashi starts using kamui, its raps for anbu kakashi, but until the war even with kamui, is he just beating a sage mode jiraiya? Was he just oneshotting tsunade hundred healing casually? Is he just beating orochimaru with hydra just because he had kamui? Even in pain arc? I dont know about that but what ik for sure minato was implied to be way above the sannin or even kakashi even with kamui for a long time. And we know hokage kakashi is is abive minato heavily in scaling, hes requiring more like kcm minato to fight him and things like that. Now that this is established, the best fight to see between minato and kakashi is war arc and this is base hokage minato vs war arc kakashi, its more war arc kakashi feats and hokage minato relative scaling is that kind of thing But my thing is with few of kakashi feats is that a good bit of them were done with ninetails chakra, i think he got amped in a bit and i do think its a reason why he can keep up with obito, keep up with minato etc, not that kakashi is not on that level, but he needed that amp to be able to pull those crazy stuff, thats just me though, but how would it look if naruto didnt get that kcm2 and throw kakashi into the ninetails chakra? I just dont know.
Heres the thing with obito saying he would go a lot quicker, as soon as we touch, the thing is, the fact obito said "as soon as we touch", thats it that proves it. Obito was saying he can get a faster kamui speed, but not physical movement speed. I will say though kakashi kamui is really quick for certain, catching anyone offguard with it is a possibility.
FTG can teleport through dimensions as per the last boruto chapter. So war arc kakashi loses that fight unless he Kami’s a vital part of Minato and not him as a whole

FTG is a time space jutsu too. Can’t Minato use FTG to go to his on space time then reappear at one of his tags even from the Kamui dimension? Because FTG warps him to his own pocket dimension.
There’s an argument where he can’t because the databook states that Kamui is its own sealed dimension so there’s a possibility FTG may not work once you’re in it. Not 100% sure though

I don't think that training increases Kamui speed as a space time ninjutsu, but only an extra MS increases the Kamui speed
