Well do keep in mind we said we were only having Kakashi fight the Jinchuriki not the Tailed Beast themselves. And we also did say that aside from Naruto and Bee, Gaara is the next strongest Jinchuriki
War Arc Kakashi is broken. There's a reason Kishi waited until the final arc to finally give Kakashi those Kamui feats. And still Kakashi was balanced by giving the final villain the same ability so Kakashi won't be able to use it offensively. Given the fact that Kakashi somehow managed to develop reactions on par with other Uchiha prodigies and his timing and speed with Kamui are on par with Obito's himself, I'd say the only ones who don't get sniped in a 1v1 are Madara, Hashirama, BM Naruto, EMS Sasuke (the version that awakened PS) and Obito.

Well I meant in terms of movement speed. As Lee points out to Sasuke in part 1; “You’re eyes might be able to stay one step ahead of me but your body can’t keep up what good does it do you?” In this case, Kakashi is able to keep an eye on Killer Bee for sure and in terms of using Kamui he should be able to. But when it comes to combat speed Kakashi isn’t quite on the same level as Bee or the Raikage or Minato. His reaction time is pretty good though since he’s trained most of his life with 2 of some of the fastest ninja of all time. 1 being Minato and the other Might Guy
