      @zeno15sti33 I want to eventually relocate the battery to the rear and get an Antigravity battery. They are crazy light and have more cranking power.

      @che1421 lol which part. Honestly the whole car scares me but I will be relocating some of the fuel lines and hopefully getting the hood vents put in this week.

      @che1421 ah yeah I need to get the billet spacers or switch to an AMS intake manifold. Its crazy that the spacers soak up like they do and no one else has brought it up.

    What is stopping you from ditching the tgv’s? I think it would have been easier to make a plate to relocate the tgv motors and sensors to still operate outside the engine. This would give you the benefit of not having a choke point in your intake and not having to deal with a cel. Btw I ran an atp35 gen1 several years back.

      @chief8269 I thought I was doing something unique since most people hitting 500whp plus always have a rotated kit with all the Emissons Equipment deleted. I wanted to hit the same power but keep it all compliant... even though I live in North Dakota and it isn't required.

    This isn’t the biggest stock location turbo unless you mean physical size or the compressor cover inlet size.
    FP Zero will put down more power, also there are 3582 drop in options as well although you sacrifice performance by trying to keep it stock location.

    • @PeopleandCars701
      @PeopleandCars701  2 месяца назад

      @alexm8662 The physical size of the ATP 3576R Gen2 and the 3582R Gen2 are the same size, with one having a slightly bigger exducer. They are both physically larger than the FP Zero because of the built on EWG.
      But for power yes you are right the FP Zero can put down more.

    I was thinking about going with the PTE stock location turbo with internal gate and the hard inlet. I need to run stock tgvs. Will it work? It has the 3 inch inlet so it is smaller than the fp inlet. What do you think?

    • @PeopleandCars701
      @PeopleandCars701  2 месяца назад

      @EM29011 anything bigger than the stock 2.4 inlet will be an extremely tight fit with the Stock TGVs. I would get some TGV spacers and a silicone 3in inlet to make life easier. I torque solutions makes a bunch of parts for that type of setup.

      Im running the PTE stock location turbo with the internal gate along with the 3 inch killer b hard inlet with iag v3 tgv’s that keeps the tgv motors and it all fits, its tight but it fits, i added 8mm phenolic spacers but gonna be switching to the 19mm torque solution phenolic spacers for more room.

      @@Issa_STI if you were to do it again, would you go a different route or would you keep the precision turbo? Do the IAG TGV holders actually make more room?

      @@EM29011 i honestly really enjoy this set up, ive been running it for about 8-9k miles already and have no regrets, i was between between the bcp x500r and the grimmspeed bb500 turbo until i found out precision makes stock location turbos. The IAG V3 TGV’s actually flows more on top of being able to retain the stock TGV butterfly valves.
