500g Mee Tai mak 500克 老鼠粉
8 Prawns 8只 虾
2 Eggs 2粒 鸡蛋
2 Fishcake, sliced 2条 鱼饼, 切片
100g Pork, shreds 100克 猪肉, 切丝
100g Bean sprouts 100克 豆芽
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
3 shallot, minced 3粒 小葱头, 切碎
1 Chilli, shreds 1条 辣椒, 切丝
1 Spring onion, pieces 1条 青葱, 切段
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
2 tablespoon Water 2汤匙 水
1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼ 茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼ 茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
