    B vitamins mornings.
    Vitamin C anytime during the day.
    Vitamin D AM/PM with milk avocado etc.
    Vitamin E evening with meal.
    Omega 3 Am/ noon.
    Zinc one to two hours before meal.
    Folic acid anytime during the day with water.
    Magnesium anytime during the day with water.
    Iron when possible.
    Vitamins & minerals will not work unless taken daily. If you are taking medication, Checked with your Doctor to see if there are interferences with supplements,
