I didn't even know that this existed.. VERY awesome. I often thought about things like this. I think if it's devoloped enough it's not just for gaming, but for a lot of practical things could get easier. It could help you search for something for example, or you could have 3d Navigation. Holo Calls would be pretty amazing too.
Yes, it is exciting technology, and it is even more exciting for productivity than for games. As for the holo calls, as you say, there are already some experiement there: check out Holoportation ruclips.net/video/7d59O6cfaM0/видео.html
this is the best demo I've ever seen if Hololens. I got to use it at a Microsoft store recently. it was a great experience but I was a little disappointed by the rainbow effect I saw when I looked around quickly.
future! Yups young Conker does look chaotic because the room is not setup for the best experience( in case of robo raid it is definately not). Hence in future we will design our real world which can enhance our MR experience. ;")
I did not notice it through the HoloLens, it may be only on the recorded footage because it does the compositing on the built-in camera footage so it may need it done that way to keep the framerate
Tech Guy That makes sense, hopefully they can do gpu powered real time antialiasing for the composting in future versions. It was making me think they were doing a deliberate 90s pc game aesthetic.

you're so cool you deserve more subs
around 5:00 experience description, review.
Actual framerate and resolution without POV recording funtionality is higher.

One of the labels on the furniture in the future will be "MR Ready" :)
its like living inside of GMOD!! Its beyond awesome :D
👌
It looks really good, but could really use some antialiasing.
