I was going to come shake your hand and introduce myself, have been watching your videos for a couple of years, but I figured you had bigger things to worry about than shake hands with a fifty year old man. Wife and I have a place on main lake point between 40 and 41mm. I was glad to see your rebound from day two.

That kinda fishing is so much better than bed fishing. Running around and chasing them is my kind of fishing. I always feel guilty harrassing fish on their beds. Strong work Matt!!!

Congrats Matt, on another really good finish. Good audible, turns out that you actually found what appears to be more bed fish without all of the s*** show traffic you were seeing in the main lake where you were fishing the day before. It's always good when you make a decision like that to get rewarded for it. Takes guts, especially when there's money and points on the line. Kudos to you. The goals in sight, keep the pedal to the metal. Keep your head down and don't let up until the last tournament's done. Rooting for you to make the big tour.

🍺🤔Shad spawn likely over before anglers can take big advantage each morning. Some fry guarders. Slightly cooler and slightly stained water, 10” low, steady weather. Shallow bite, swim jig, and frog. You’ll need a few spotted bass each day. So I’ll take Welcher, Davis Jr, Gaston, Canterbury, Cox,Herron, Stracner. I think Austin Felix will rebound but my heart says Swindle.

So glad I watched this. I have been really working on my casts going into the water quietly after your video that talked about that. After seeing how you do it.... I have a LONG way to go LOL But, I know it will happen if I keep working on it. I can do it with an ultra light on a tiny mountain stream ...

So I see you were flipping with a LH reel which makes you extremely effective since you never have to change hands when casting. Is this a recent revelation and have you completely switched over to LH reels? I’ve always fished with LH baitcasters and can never understand why more don’t do it. When RH people fish with a spinning reel they always use a LH reel so why not the same on a bait caster. The few times I had to use a RH bait caster it was quite annoying
