I'm using the FC 13.5 quart and it has been nothing but great. The size is perfect for the back of my Jeep, or to throw behind the seat of my truck, and it holds plenty to get through a couple of days. Highly recommended!
The Oupes 1200 watt solar generator has done really good at keeping the fridge running in my Jeep for the last month, but it doesn't have some charging quirks that I'm not a big fan of. Does it work and get the job done.. Yes. But I would like to see some better performance out of the solar panels

Here's a discount link to the Setpower website! This link will take you to their site, and whatever you buy will automatically have a 12% discount applied to it at checkout, or type in the code, “Casey LaDelle”. I'm using the FC 13.5 quart and it's a great size for my Jeep, but they have much bigger ones too. And all of them use the same Danfoss compressor and internal electronics as ARB, Dometic, and the other big name brands, so reliability should be just as good as any of them!

And Oupes responded about the charging issue and said that it is on purpose to prevent the solar panels from discharging both the power station, and the vehicles battery when the solar panels go into non charging state. They also said that they are you to go over it with their engineers to see if they can add some circuitry to allow one port to keep charging even when the solar panels stop. That’s the kind of response I like to see from a company! You can get a 15% discount on their products by using the code CASEY15 at checkout. Here’s a link to their site!

From what I hear all RVs are like this, you literally have to check the RV out completely before you even accept it meaning test the hot water test the heaters AC, test everything before you even finalize it or they won't fix nothing sadly. 😢
@@RoadTripRuss I've been told never buy a brand new RV, let someone else get the problems fixed...lol
@@johnrau6568 even then you still have to check it out. Yes I've heard that too.
@@RoadTripRuss Not all RV's are like that. That being said we had 2017 Winnebago travel trailer that we loved and never had a problem with once. We sold that and bought a Rockwood 5th wheel in Oct. I think that thing has been in the shop more then we've used it. There's been such a demand for RV's during covid that manufactures couldn't keep up and were just sending them out unfinished.
At the end of the day you operate an infomercial business. Nothing more and nothing less.
Solar panels are basically like a bunch of little cells all in series to build the voltage up to 24v/48v (depends on the panel). When one of the cells is not in sunlight, it becomes a resistor. If the panels are in series, one dark panel can completely douse any output. There are videos out there that explain it better.
That and when the accessory plug and panels were in with a shaded panel the 'missing' wattage was actually likely the current from the car taking the path of least resistance through the diodes in the solar panels. With the higher potential of the accessory power the diodes basically become a short. Ie. don't leave that config for very long. :) The bottom line is that the powerbox's circuitry should prevent that situation, but you sometimes get what you pay for.
Also, if you have two panel sets available and if the powerbox supports it wire them in parallel. That way if one of the sets of panels gets turfed by shade the other one may still have a chance.
The joys of solar :).
PS - you have a great family - thanks for sharing some of that joy!
@@JasonUberig cool! Makes sense
This, and a lack of reverse current protection to prevent it. This is why we use diodes to keep parallel power sources from feeding into each other. I would venture to guess that the solar panels would eventually charge the Jeep's battery if it were lower than nominal (though it may take some time for it to charge to a sufficient starting voltage).
@@patricklunn3210 yeah diodes are cheap insurance
@@patricklunn3210 I agree. Casey: It might be worth checking with someone who knows about electronics to look for a schematic diagram to see if it’s missing those diodes. That person might also be able to wire up something in the cable so you wouldn’t need to buy another unit. (If I recall correctly, you get a 0.6v drop going through a typical diode, which wouldn’t be horrible).
Love the reviews. Don't be afraid to call out the crappy dealership. And reach out to the rv manufacturer let them know about all of the issues both with the rv and the dealership. They don't want bad press so I'm bet they send someone or browbeat the the dealership into making it right by you.
When they absolutely refuse to help, yes call them out. I hope this dealer gets you straightened out, but this seems more on the manufacturer. Yes, the dealer should have gone over your rig before letting you take it off the lot, but in the same regard it should not have these issues.
RVs are all junk. They cannot make a roof that will seal for the life of the RV. Prepare to be on the roof constantly to fix leaks. Appliances will also break down. Your strategy of relying on the dealer will leave you constantly disappointed and wasting time. I jumped in to make repairs and upgrades and it made all the difference in keeping it working smoother. You can definitely handle it.
I ended up throwing a tarp over the roof to "fix" the leaks.
If you want an RV which doesn't leak, a fiberglass (like the old Balboa brand made by Chris-Craft or Casita) or an Airstream is all that makes sense. We have an Airstream Safari 45 years old which doesn't leak.
@@grantdavis5992 Agree 100%. FYI. Winnebago bought Chris Craft last year specifically to upgrade their quality and functionality. I believe their goal now is to put out a High End RV.
P.S. Fellow AS owner here.
Nice to see a real world review of products. Riley's inexhaustible antic's made this fun to watch.
It is great to see a kid with a smile on their face running and having fun
Love your honest reviews Casey.
Riley had me smiling, what a little sweetheart. My little girl is 37 but in my mind she is still just like Riley.
Dang with the RV problems! That is crazy, I would be thinking about filing Lemon law on it or bring it back to the dealer and taking off the plates, leaving it and call the bank or finance company and telling them why. I filed Lemon law on a car about 14 years ago and I won. Just saying.
It could work if it was the vehicle that was not right, but as far as the RV things, it should be another form of litigation. The items he has issue with seem all manufacturer to me, and his dealer can't afford to fix all these products for free.
@@marklar7551 But the Dealer could be the manufacturer too. According to my 5 minutes of research, That RV is made by a company called Forest River RV of Indiana. They have a Dealership and plant in Oregon. Casey, I would be contacting Forest River RV corporate and ask them what they are going to do this shoddy work. Remind them you have a popular You Tube channel as well. Good luck.
The issue is that most states have zero protection regarding the Lemon Law for RV's. Even worse is that there isn't a single product maker in them - most have 10 or more different brands, and they all play the same game with the end users.
@@marklar7551 Dealership doesn’t pay for the repairs. His costs are passed back to the manufacturer.
@@marklar7551 it is the dealers JOB to fix the defects.
The manufacturer reimburses the dealer for the repair work.
Doesn't cost the dealer a penny.
IF it is a reputable manufacturer.
Casey, you have an amazing family! Bravo, sir!
Second: good practical review. You are experiencing the effect of blocking diodes on your solar panel. You are also experiencing protective circuitry that is designed to protect not only your Jeep's battery but your panel as well. A partially shaded panel not only generates very little power, it can actually consume power by generating heat, consuming current and parasitizing the fully illuminated panels. Worse, if you are connected to your vehicles battery, without protective blockers it can drain the battery you are charging as well as your vehicle battery. This is a design feature and not a defect. Panels left unattended can become partially shaded and charging stops. The blocking diodes prevent the panel consuming power and killing your battery. A really good solar charge controller will isolate the various power sources so partially shaded panels are disconnected amd won't drain everything.
Also, be very careful charging a LiFePO battery inside a parked vehicle as there is a very real danger of a thermal "Runaway" that can cause a vehicle fire.
I have purchased two Setpower 12V refrigerator / freezer units and they are absolutely great! I have one in my mobile emergency communications van and one in the home for keeping sensitive meds under temperature control. Highly efficient, well insulated, light weight and easy to operate. I won't hesitate to recommend these units to anyone seeking a quality built, very portable refrigerator, Thanks to Casey for showcasing the units.
If you havent done so yet you should contact FOREST RIVER Customer service directly and bring your complaints to them....Iknow for sure they do not like unhappy customers or bad dealers. Love your channel.
I agree! Contact the manufacturer, they don’t like bad press. We had an bad experience with a dealer and then, just pure luck, 3 months later the president of the company was in our local area for a grand opening of another store. He asked the entire crowd that was there if anyone had a problem and we were able to speak with him. He not only addressed the situation with the dealer in another state he completely fixed and solved any problems we had and gave us a fantastic, and I mean fantastic deal on a new RV. Have you ever heard of Marcus Lemonis? He is a man of his word. Thanks to him, we got everything we wanted and more. He doesn’t like bad publicity or unhappy customers and he will fix the problem.
I glad you got some time off with the family ,and your rv dealer sounds alot like the one my buddy dealt with . They basically gave him the run around till the warranty was up, then decided they had time to fix it and sent him a huge bill. Fortunately he was good at documentation and won his lawsuit against them just a shame it had to come to that.
I have no need of any of these items, yet I watched the whole video because you and the family keep it fun.
Man your daughter is super cute and watching her got me nostalgic about my kids. They are so great, minus the sand, when they are that age. Enjoy this time man because I swear you blink and they are young adults. I’m so glad you’re capturing it. I don’t have much video of my kids at that age and I really wish I did! Oh and that fridge looks super cool - I need to pick one of those up! Thanks for the review.
You know i love your version of product reviews better than any others i have seen. You review them from the standpoint of a user attempting to use the products. I always enjoy your videos no matter the subject matter. Peace.
Well done, reviews in real world. Plus great family memory making.
He COULD edit out farts...but WOULD he? 😂
@@marklar7551 HaHaHaHaHa! My thoughts exactly! It was cute that she was even thinking like that!
Great video with beautiful scenery! Good luck with the RV. Lemon law might work. I know someone that had problems with a dealer not fixing the brand new vehicle they bought. They called the finance company, told them they were not going to make any more payments on it and why, all of a sudden the dealer fixed it.
Nice!
Thank you for this video! My wife has been talking about us getting an R.V. and I really hate the whole idea of it. Showed her this video and she no longer wants one. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I love the way you did the "real" review of the products. That's how it should be. So sad about your "New" motor home though. I sure hope they fix it up for you. You have such a sweet family Casey! Looks like you had a fun time!
It's a it takes a real honest person to review many things, glad you're very open about what is right and what is wrong of a product, thank you for taking us along with your journey on the coast with your family, you are an amazing person!
Look, even if you weren't using the battery pack properly, you still are using it in a way most humans would. Maybe the panels aren't great, maybe it's a set up so you don't overcharge and cause a safety issue, or maybe it's just not the unit for your needs.
I always enjoy your videos, and like the product reviews. Seeing your family is nice too. It shows us the whole picture, and not just your professional persona.
Sadly, RV quality issues abound throughout the industry the last couple of years. It's not just one manufacturer. My local RV dealer is pulling their hair out trying to fix issues on brand new units. Pre delivery inspections are taking 4 or 5 times as long as they used to, trying to catch things before delivery. And then there's angry customers......
Awesome video of family time, Riley is a hoot! lol The manufacture quality with RV's has always been terrible, regardless of brand. This is especially true with the "Covid Campers" that were built during the past 2 pandemic years. With supply issues and labor shortages, manufacturers have been installing sub-standard materials and equipment using a labor force that is often unskilled and unqualified. This goes for dealerships in doing warranty repairs as well. I have found it best to just make the repairs myself when possible, just so I know it's done right. Once you get past the first year fixing the construction flaws, you can begin enjoying the RV the way its intended.
Riley is so cute and living the GOOD LIFE chasing the seagulls and playing in the sand. That cotton candy looked really good! Nice review of your portable frig and solar panel generator/ battery pack.
Beautiful drone footage! Thanks good buddy!
Casey, your RV dealership seems like a GOOD EXCUSE for the LEMON LAW.
Like your little review of the fridge, power unit and the swing mount for camping stuff ...
But the best part of this is the DeDelle family outing ... Family comes first ...
When things don't work as expected I take it personally. Quirky - Sorry that others have disappointments but damn glad you shared. Thank you LaDell family review!!
Great video, from the reviews to the family having fun. I would suggest that you might have a chat with your dealer when you take the RV in this time and let them know that you have the RUclips channel and if things are not properly taken care of you have no problem with putting their business name out and letting people know how crappy a dealer they are.
I had the idea of getting an RV... I saw Steve Lehto's videos on that subject .... I will not be buying an RV ... The last one I saw was about how you have to jump thru your own XXX to get anything fixed under warranty.. Sorry you have the issues that you do ... You can do what you did about the truck and let others know what to expect.. 😞
Really beautiful beaches... I guess I never thought about Oregon and Beaches... Be careful you might encourage some riff raft to come visit... 😄
Great video! You’ve got a beautiful family. I like your reviews, no BS and you put the products to the test. 👍🏼🇺🇸
Beautiful family unit, gorgeous location. Awesome real world review. Thanks for sharing 👍
Great to see you and your family out enjoying life together. That makes this your best video ever. The smiling face, the laughs, and the love that shows every minute.
On the product review it's okay.
I'm just finding your family the bestest experience of my day. Thank each of you for sharing your vacation. Be safe and travel safe.
Casey, thank you for another great video. As a user of products, your review is a practical review and really helps to know the actual use of the products and what issues you've found. Also thank you for sharing your camping with us, you are truly a blessed man, your family are all adorable. Thank you again.
Oh man I can’t properly express my gratitude for this video.
Thank you for sharing your charming family.
For me it brought to remembrance 40 year old memories.
My family totally did this in Saturday. Getting away from the heat, being able to drive on the beach away from people, and the 60 deg weather was perfect!
I ran a boat around the canals of Europe and the in built fridge gave out, so bought a top opening one that work of gas, mains power and 12v battery's. It worked great and kept me fully supplied with cold beers for after docking sun downers. Never tried the bottle gas option as I hated messing with gas on a boat, the stuff is heavy and sinks to the bottom bilge area and has to be bucketed out, otherwise the hair on my legs get singed when the gas goes boom.
The power pack would have been a great add on and saved on running the in built generator, plus I had a cheapo hand carry genny. Thanks for the video and great to see you and the family enjoying the beach. BBQ seagull ain't up to much.
I’m always impressed with your honesty and integrity. So underrepresented and so appreciated. I’ve had lesser known brand 12volt refer for a couple years that gets a ton of use. I’m so happy with it. I don’t understand some people spending $1500 for the big name brands.
Same, these fridges use the same Danfoss compressors and same control system as the big names that cost 3 times as much
I have a setpower 45 for my trips and love it! I think it's the perfect size for overlanding and have had no issues at all with it. Daughter looked like she had a blast and that it the most important thing in this video.
Your family is beautiful. Very fortunate man. You are blessed. Your wife has an awesome smile.
It’s wonderful see all three of you having fun making memories together. A darn shame about the RV! ❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
Nice to see you enjoying time with your family. Your daughter is precious.
Great to see your beautiful Family having a great time,
Other than the class C motorhome, my wife and I were just reminded of all the similar situation that we had wit our Class Super C of stuff falling out and not fitting correctly, and the dealer and services were very bad, alot of aggravation
Thanx for sharing your experience with your Vacation and demonstration of your products
Have a Great Day 👍
God Bless America 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
Great video Casey was nice to see the family and the other side of rescues. Keep up the great content and loo forward to seeing more. 👍🇨🇦👍
Casey .Must agree with last and it was nice to see you and the family having some R&R much needeed in these post covid times.
Casey you have a lovely little family. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
A fun behind the scenes video with the family. What a great time at the beach. Good luck the RV issues, that sucks.....
Really cool vacation. Sorry that your power station is temperamental. Your Riley is such fun to watch. I do have a soft spot for little children. They enjoy each day andblive being out with Daddy and Momma. My folks loved going to the Oregon coast. They got some great pictures of those rocks you couldn't see. That been a good mini vacation for me.
My kids enjoyed watching this with me with your daughter in it and we all learned about Jeep stuff lol
Great family time, Casey. You need that once in a while. We love the Tillamook cheeses. I would turn that RV back in under the "Lemon Law" in a flash.
Ur little girl is so precious. I remember when mine were that age. They were so precious also but now they are grown I’m so greatly my two youngest are still at home a new I enjoy them so much.
Thanks for the run-time on the Oupes generator. A 1200 watt size that keeps going for several days is a good choice.
Reading some of the reviews for your RV was almost like reading a horror story. Many folks are having the same problem and dealers turning a deaf ear. Some lawsuits have been won against this company. RVs have really come under scrutiny as so many were cranked out during the pandemic with quality of workmanship falling by the wayside. Document, document, document. Record phone conversations with them. It's exhausting but you have to do what it takes to get those issues fixed. Upsets me because we watch your videos knowing how hard you work, they don't need to be messing around hardworking folks! Otherwise, great video from your precious family and you enjoying some quality time together. Enjoyed watching. Stay safe and GOD bless
Jeepers! that coastline is breathtaking! Thanks to your friend for the drone footage!
Thank you Casey. . We have bought this fridge it is a nice one. This is our second fridge. Other one is a much bigger and we use this for long trips. But wanted a smaller one for day-weekend trips. So far had it out on our boat in the direct sun and it only raised up 10 degrees which is great at 100 degrees outside. Price was pretty nice too.
Casey, great video of outdoor products. The RV issues strike a raw nerve. We have a RV travel trailer that has had its share of issues. Last trip to the coast we lost the hot water heater due to a thermal link in the circuit that prevented ignition of heater. Easy fix after a little RUclips search which pointed out the culprit and how to test and bypass to get some hot water going.. now we have a recall on the propane valve which I replaced myself for less than it would have cost me to get it to the dealer to sit there for weeks waiting for parts. It was a 30 minute fix with another brand of regulator valve. Also had issues with the water pump hoses that were sucking air and leaking under the sink area.
It is too bad that RV manufacturers are not held to a standard for workmanship and parts. Once you get the problems fixed you will enjoy it.
Best of luck to you 👍🏻
What a beautiful family! Thanks for sharing your vacation with us! I hope you have better luck with your RV dealership…. If you don’t, I ( and all your other viewers) would really like to hear about that.
You sir have a beautiful family!! Thanks for sharing that video that was really cool!!!
I would highly recommend looking into Eternabond tape to reseal all vents and roof seams, it is far superior to lap sealant.
100% on the eternabond. i used it to seal some quarter sized holes in my rv rooftop, no leaks of issues as of yet. Went through 10 degree winters just fine, still holding strong on 105° summers in the pnw.
You truly have it all sir! Except for a fully functional RV. Such a beautiful family.
Keep your videos organic. You have great content. I’ve seen too many channels move away from what works.
I’d rather hear your opinion and your thinking in setting up the vehicles than some canned responses.
Thanks for taking us along on your vacation. It is beautiful out there. I hope you get the RV fixed once and for all.
Gotta say as a family man it's good to see you enjoying family time. 👏🤘
We've been through Oregon on the way home, but never seaside.Scenery is beautiful! Your sweet girl is so adorable.
I decided that a new RV is worth less than a used one - at least you get the used one knowing what the problems are. Amazon has a portable water heater that connects to a propane bottle and uses garden hoses for water in and out, and might be a good option for de-sanding everyone. When you do get the water heater fixed, you can still use it for camping.
If you have the tools and time, upgrades to a used RV vs payments on a new one is something you can consider.
I like it when someone does a true review using there own opinion and not what the manufacturer wants good job with your review. Your daughter looks like she's having a great time with keeping the two of you on the run 😅 glad your family was able to get out and have a great time
I'm sitting in Texas @105 degrees and enjoying going down memory lane. Having spent several months on the Oregon beaches. Newport was our most favorite area.
Always good to see your daughter, adds life to your Vids
Funny we go to the beach here for the heat and sun! Glad yall had a good time and thanks for showing the east side the west side😎
On the Oregon coast, I used to go up to the mountains in order to get warmer!
You basically need to be a Karen about that RV or else they're gonna BS you until the warranty is over. At least you're not the only one dealing with that stuff because I don't know many people with a new RV but ALL of them are having similar issues
This was a GREAT video! Love how Riley is so much fun and how you guys enjoy her little antics.
Those panels are in series. It means higher voltage, lower amperage (smaller wires). but, as someone else here stated, ALL the panels in the series are affected if even ONE of them is in the shade. I love the battery, and love that you also mentioned what those panels put out when in direct (no shade) sunlight...
Panels in parallel = low voltage, high amperage (needs big wires). 1 panel in shade doesn't affect others.
Panels in series = high voltage, low amperage (does not need big expensive wires) 1 panel in shade affects them all.
Alternate solution is expensive, but works well for a house - microinverters. Converts DC to AC, they all magically work together to give you AC. Any 1 panel in shade doesn't cause problems (depending on the microinverter setup). But, microinverters aren't free.
Casey at the coast! I Love it.. We beat the heat this weekend and went to Coos Bay for a little crabbing and dune driving.
I don't know if this is the kind of review they want. But it's certainly the kind they NEED. Excellent job, as usual, my friend.
Thank you Casey for the great review and for sharing your family with us. Your daughter is adorable.
You hit a lot of my favorite places. I should be there now, not baking inland. I will check out that fridge, thanks for the link!
Glad y’all had a blast. God bless.
You Just can't beat family time.
My wife and I went to the Tillamook creamery last September. Really enjoyed it. The weather on the coast that day was awful, lol. The sand and the drizzle were both horizontal.
Greetings from England. What a lovely video. Great that the whole family is so natural in front of the camera.
Thanks for taking us along on your vacation. Riley is growing up so fast. Great memories. RV problem sucks.!
Give the BLUETTI a try. I bought the larger one for the house and I believe they also have one like the one you have. Be great to get a real world review. As always great to have Family time. All work and No play is No Fun!🤙😎
Enjoyed Video! Seeing the whole family out having fun was nice. Glad you gave honest reviews on the items you use and do it your way. Like to hear what happens to RV & if dealership fixes things correctly.
The Tillamook cheese factory is an absolute must for an Oregon beach trip! And us gotta get some squeaky cheese😊
Nice looking family you are a lucky man. Hope you enjoyed your vacation.
Your review technique is way better than the boring tech types.
Lovely family. Nice that they are ok with sharing with us.
Lovely to see you out and about with the family. "Having food above toddler head height?" Very cool (I can relate....)!
Sorry to hear about your issues with your new RV, you're too good of a guy and too nice of family to endure that crap. Hopefully the manufacturer will step up and help resolve things. You do so much for others it is time for you to get some payback. Glad you got some time away with your family and keep up the honest work and reviews sir.
Thanks for sharing your vacation with us.
Nice place to have a break away glad you had a chance to have some family time and to cool down a bit. 🇦🇺🇦🇺❤️❤️👍👍🥰🥰
Casey, It looked like you and your family had a great time on the coast. I recognized "Hug Point" State Park. That waterfall is really cool, so are those caves. I lived in Cannon Beach Oregon, 2 different times, for a total of 16 1/2 years. I could walk the beach to the park at low tide. I went to Seaside High School Sept 74' to Jan of 76'. I lived in Astoria ,Oregon from June of 72' to June of 74'. It has been 21 years since I have lived in Cannon Beach, Oregon. I live in Long Beach, CA now. I sure miss living on the Oregon coast. The winter storms are so powerful. We must have lost power 5 or 6 times each winter. Great video Casey, I always love your videos. Thanks. Bruce 🙂👍
Great to see you and your family get out and have some fun, and hear some honest reviews of the products you're testing out. Best of luck with the RV, that sounds like a nightmare!
Love seeing the Oregon coast. Visited Oregon last year from NJ Such a great state to visit can't wait to return. Oh yea nice products review.
Thanks for sharing family. Good, Good.
Well to quickly answer the solar panel question, there's 2 kinds of panels. Monocrystalline and polycrystalline. Mono means if any of it gets shaded, no output. Poly means it'll work at reduced output. Those are mono, because they are significantly cheaper to make and simpler. So they're working as intended, the company just cheaped out a bit on panels
Completely false, in all of your statements. Mono and poly will both have a major decrease in output from minor shading. Most will have close to none, but that depends more on how the cells are wired. Mono is MORE expensive to produce, not less. There are 2 more types, which are both able to produce in reduced sunlight or even partial shading...CIGS and amorphous. Both are less efficient at the cell level, so a 100w panel will be much larger than mono or poly. This guy just doesn't understand that partial shading kills output, that is the nature of ALL solar panels to some extent.
Casey this was different and I really liked it seeing a part of your family life outside of the recoveries is a cool thing. I hope we can see more of these when possible. You definitely have an amazing family
Riley is adorable - can't wait to see you teach her to drive! Excellent Video! A practical review is worth a view any day of the week...
Love the video...very cute daughter and she looks like a handful...glad you guys had a great time...make those memories
A proper product review, well done.
You were right in my city of Tillamook where I live .no where better on the coast than this area glad you guys had a great time here.
Love the Family Style Vlogs! Reminds me of Lake Life Family vlogs. Great Job
Interesting , Thank You . Looks like a nice place to go , an interesting test . Real world testing is good. Thank You for sharing
Thanks for the tip on Cape Kiwanda. Gonna have to check that out!
This might be my Favorite video of yours... lol. honest reviews are good, but the family vacation is priceless!
Riley is so cute 😍. Went to the Oregon coast from. Albany last Monday to escape the heat. 62 with a stiff breeze had to put on a sweatshirt. Went to Yaquina Head lighthouse and Yaquina Bay. Back from Waldport where we had chowder at the Salty Dawg on highway 34. Drove up to Marys Peak at sunset and stayed till after dark to stargaze. Oregon is amazing.
