He and his appointed judge both miscounted the score in the fourth round before Dan went on to complete the remaining reps at 19:49. Because of the judging error, Dan's score has been withheld from the Leader-board at his request. What does that really mean ?

What is paramount for a strong, effective and safe squat clean? A strong and functional core. So lets start every round with 25 toe to bars. How can you prove how strong you are when you're pre exhausting the most important muscle group. Looking for trouble. Makes no sense. Respect as always to the athletes that are competing but be careful.
+Leo Christopoulos I agree Leo but this is a sporting competition and not real life. Testing strength and conditioning in a controlled atmosphere to see how strong you are is completely different.

But thanks man!:) As Drew from MisFit athletics summed it up: Combine the backswing of Gudmonsson with the kick of Bailey and you're set. That pretty much sums up my thoughts of keeping the whole body under global /flexion/extension and not having to lift your entire leg the whole time. But hey...those dudes are Games athletes😎
Just glad Bailey´s missed rep was caught right away and not after the submission time had run out. Now he has a chance to redo it at least. Not like the Stacie Tovar incidents on event 6 in the North Central regionals 2014. I don´t think that fuck up was acknowledged at all...
You should have workout that dont repeat. I stop watching when he go to the toe to bar again it becomes boring. There is so many exercise someone can do this is a tv show your not alone in your own gym. you could have a different exercise like pull up and than chin up.

In a real life situation of survival, you cant worry about engaging core than lifting heavy.. You have to be prepared for what ever comes your way.
