Happy Tank Tuesday and Thanksgiving folks! Leave a comment below on what you would like to see in our next Tank Tuesday video. Maybe shrimp for Moby and McCoy?
I love this channel so much. It just makes me so happy every time I watch your shows. Things have been so hard in my life and life brings me immense pain, but when I watch this I feel happy, I love watching the fish and watching Bonnie, Clyde , Sheriff, and the others and even the calming sound of your voice. The cancer will take me very soon and I just want to thank you for making the last few moments so enjoyable.I watch this channel 24/7, I re watch every episode . I wish there were more. My niece is typing this because I hurt, but ‘my question is “what do you do for a living?” And “ how long have you been interested in fish?” Thank you and god bless you
Thank you for writing us and we are happy that we can bring some happiness into your during these tough times. To answer your questions, I am an Electrical Engineer and we also own a tackle shop called Bama Frogs. I have fished since I was 3 years old. When I was 9 years old I worked all Summer to buy my first aquarium and began raising pet bass, bream, turtles, and even a baby alligator at once until I found out it was illegal. We still own that same aquarium and it is the 55 gallon that Moby and McCoy live in. God bless you and Liz and I wish you the best.
BamaBass could you rig up some small plastic worms with different scents and drop them in simultaneously? Coffee grounds, garlic, etc.? Would be cool to see which one they go to
This is the first time I have watched Tank Tuesday without my 7 year old. He's on his way to Florida to go to Disneyland with his grandparents! He's going to love this one!!
I had THOUSANDS of frogs on my pond. Peepers and American bullfrogs. Bought me 6 LMB bluegill and cats etc. I can tell u it’s now quiet outside after adding the fish
Sheriff is a beast!!! Scrimp for mobe would be cool. He's a beast too, and loves the camera. Bonny and Clyde surprised me with this one. I figured sheriff wouldn't stand a chance against them on the frogs. Great video like always
I've fished with live frogs before and it's very effective. Weightless rig it through the mouth and cast it out. The frog swims a bit and if there is any fish around it will bite. It has great action and just swims in circles
Looks like that frog found the overflow railroad, lol. Nice videos! In the end, I had 3 50-55 gallon tanks. Ended up with three highly aggressive fish. A big ole Oscar, a huge red devil and something else. Used mostly meal worms and crickets. Tried earth worms but they didn't like that. Gold fish etc. I went south for three months and left my brother in charge. End of fish story.
Up here in WI the frogs do not always make it to the mud bottom to winter and lay on the sand all winter. You would think the fish would just munch on them, but in the spring putting in the piers you find tons still on the sand. I think i is a warmer water feed, even the Northern that eat dead fish off the bottom ice fishing for them leave the dead froze frogs just sit there on the sand.
I'm live in ohatchee Alabama and I watch you every day.LOVE your fish I have a 50 gallon tropical fish tank I wish I could put a bass in it all my fish would be gone in a heartbeat
you can try drilling large hole on the bottom of the letters and put some of those plant weights in there and maybe plug them up with some epoxy or silicone to kep them in the letters
They are making sure it’s dead before swallowing them. They have to bite them correctly to smash them... It will kick them in he moth and it tickle or reflexively makes them spit it out... So they grab it again and chew trying to kill it unless it kicks them again before it dies... once it’s deaf they swallow it. They do the same thing with crayfish and crushing the shells.
Really enjoy the series, but how about on the fishing vids, I see you guys fish a lot of clubs and such. Do you guys fish bigger waters like Guntersville or Wheeler/Wilson...just curious if I missed them.
I've fished extensively with frogs in Ontario, Canada back in the late '70's, early '80's, and in the Niagara River on the U.S. side, the frogs were mostly Leopard Frogs. We'd go down by the lake after dusk with a flashlight and the frogs would come out of the water to avoid becoming a fish's nightly snack, you shine the flashlight at them and blind them and walk up to them & grab them. The best success was hooking them thru the underside of their chin and thru the roof of the mouth, similar to the way you hook minnows that you cast & reel in. We'd fish at night from shore on a calm lake cast out & slowly reel them in, sometimes adding a jerk or twitch or pause. No sinkers were used, maybe just a small split-shot 12-18 inches above; they were surface fished, reeled very slowly. Fish hit in every manner, and we'd catch everything from Walleye to Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass to Channel Cats to Northern Pike to Rock Bass barely larger than the frogs stretched out. We had similar results fishing a few feet off the bottom in early morning hours before the fog fully lifted. You see how your pet fish attack the frogs, that's instinctual, when fishing them, we only need to provoke them and set the hook. I've never had a fish spit one out. Maybe your fish have never experienced frogs and don't know they are edible, but in the wild, it's a part of their life...
I had a bluegill in a little tank when I was a kid. I found a frog one day in my yard and decided it would be cool to keep in my fish tank as a pet. I put a log for surface and everything. Boy was I shocked when my little blue gill came up and swallowed that frog whole.
Maybe you could put a few screws or nails in those letters to keem them from floating around? That was strange to watch those fish spit the frogs out a few times! What was that about? Why do they do that? Good vid.
You inspired me to get a pet crawfish! I have a tank with 2 green sunfish and 2 green sunfish minnows and then another tank with a bluegill and a crawfish
Do you use your minnow tank just to store the minnows or do you use brooders and have them reproduce? I like to use minnows crappie fishing but am considering raising my own to cut costs.
Plz get a red tail catfish because they would be so cool with two bass and bluegill and you can get a baby one and grow it into the fifty five gallon and they grow an inch every two weeks so it would be cool to see them grow every week. Plz consider this. I understand there are some things to plan out but plz try to get one
Love to see a snakehead in the tank because it is important to understand how the invasive specie is living with the native predators of the environment.
This isn't what would happen normally. These are domesticated fish having never seen many of the food items. In the wild bass are eating full fish and frogs from birth. Its actually very rare for such an old fish to have never eaten a frog.
Happy Tank Tuesday and Thanksgiving folks! Leave a comment below on what you would like to see in our next Tank Tuesday video. Maybe shrimp for Moby and McCoy?
BamaBass drop in like 50 ghost shrimp for Moby and McCoy.
How big can casper grow?
Happy tank Tuesday
BamaBass I
Bama bass feed moby and McCoy shrimp 🦐

Thanks for putting our pup on there! We love watching your channel! Hope you and Liz have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Cool dog lol
I just wanted to say that you are my inspiration. Everything you do I want to do some day! Keep it up!!! Love your videos!!!
This is the first time I have watched Tank Tuesday without my 7 year old. He's on his way to Florida to go to Disneyland with his grandparents! He's going to love this one!!
The tank is beautiful and I always enjoy the show. That bluegill plays no games.
I had THOUSANDS of frogs on my pond. Peepers and American bullfrogs. Bought me 6 LMB bluegill and cats etc. I can tell u it’s now quiet outside after adding the fish
" this little savage right here " (Bluegill) 🤣😂 haha love your videos!!!
So you took the frog back to Africa🤔💭.. Thats where its from💯
Sheriff is a beast!!! Scrimp for mobe would be cool. He's a beast too, and loves the camera. Bonny and Clyde surprised me with this one. I figured sheriff wouldn't stand a chance against them on the frogs. Great video like always
"If they escape, they earn freedom"
That kinda reminds me of the maze runner, or the holocaust XD
I've fished with live frogs before and it's very effective. Weightless rig it through the mouth and cast it out. The frog swims a bit and if there is any fish around it will bite. It has great action and just swims in circles
How can you not love Sheriff? Just started watching as I’ve just got my first aquarium. You’ve got a beautiful tank with awesome fish!
WHERE IS THIS WEEK'S TANK TUESDAY? HOPE IT IS WICKED COOL!!!!!
Yes in the wild they do this. The frogs can easily damage the inside belly. They are killing it. Pretty impressive really.
Looks like that frog found the overflow railroad, lol. Nice videos! In the end, I had 3 50-55 gallon tanks. Ended up with three highly aggressive fish. Man ive been waitin all day for your video

Definitely mice next. I was dying of laughter when they kept spittin that frog up and suckin him back in. 😂😆😂 my favorite tank tuesday by far 👍👍👍👍🦃🍗🦃
Sheriff looks very healthy
Will you be showing tips and how to for cleaning this large size of tank? Substrate and glass cleaning, maybe?
Heck yeah I have been waiting since 6 o'clock in the morning for this video
Awesome tank Tuesday Bama bass, I think shad should be put in there to feed the bass n bluegill, keep up the good work
I'm live in ohatchee Alabama and I watch you every day.LOVE your fish I have a 50 gallon tropical fish tank I wish I could put a bass in it all my fish would be gone in a heartbeat
The bushy plant that looks like a raccoon tail will grow very fast. Its one of my favorites bcuz they are easy to grow and and they grow quick
Very surprised about the frog reaction, but I think you were right regarding what they are used to eating and the new entry threw them off a bit.
Sheriff is always bound to steal the show! Moby is the only one who can come close to Sheriff.
you can try drilling large hole on the bottom of the letters and put some of those plant weights in there and maybe plug them up with some epoxy or silicone to kep them in the letters
I would have never thought in a tank with 2 bass, the bluegill would turn out to be the real savage.
You should try to let Bonni and Clyde try little small bream and see how they react. Especially Sheriff since they may be his cousins. lol
BIG OLE BASS they already did one survived they put it in the small tank but it was adapting well so they released it
I love your channel so much my brother likes it more than me every time we come back from school he asks can we watch bama bass
Where’s your next tank Tuesday
I had an African butterfly fish. He is a top water feeder. It was a lot of fun to drop a mayfly on the water and watch it dissapear.
If you do a live mouse feeding, you be my hero. That would be pretty savage.
Where's yesterday's Tank Tuesday?
Man coz of this channel im really getting a tank and keep bass in them
I'd like to see a spotted bass in the tank sometime. I hear they're more aggressive than largemouths.
Really enjoy the series, but how about on the fishing vids, I see you guys fish a lot of clubs and such. Do you guys fish bigger waters like Guntersville or Wheeler/Wilson...just curious if I missed them.
Finally ! The full song !
Thanks for the videos ! Feed the bass what they really want, live shad and let's see what happens !
I have a question. If you start throwing live worms/bugs and food will the fish soon always be in that area?
I've fished extensively with frogs in Ontario, Canada back in the late '70's, early '80's, and in the Niagara River on the U.S. side, the frogs were mostly Leopard Frogs. Hello hope you guys have a good day I love the bass eating the frogs
I Whenever the frog is dropped the bass eat it but then they drop it I’m sure it comes in like a boss and needs it
You should feed them one of everything... ex. Crawfish, minnows, frogs, insects, mice, etc.
TheOutdoorsMan not with the amount of snowflakes around here on RUclips. Bama will get a strike
I had a bluegill in a little tank when I was a kid. I found a frog one day in my yard and decided it would be cool to keep in my fish tank as a pet. I put a log for surface and everything. Boy was I shocked when my little blue gill came up and swallowed that frog whole.
Thanks for the discount I got a tournament on lake guntersville December 9th
Sherry, I love it!!!👍🏻👍🏻
You said that you would add lilly pads to your 300 gallon tank. What happened to the lilly pads?
Will you try to breed bonny and Clyde? Or will they not breed in captive?
Rick Lek that depends if one is male and female, they could be both male or both could be female
They know that Clyde is a male and Bonnie is a female
Probably won’t be able to successfully breed until they are dominant in the tank
You need a CO2 system if you wanted to grow carpet grass or plants. BTW I wish I have this tank for a planted. This is dope 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Do you think sheriff will ever be as big as the bass and is moby going to go in the backyard g tank
It looked like sheriff was blowing bubbles with the frog.. like bubble gum!!
Lol, moby is my spirit animal. He eats like I do
I think you could put a piece of paper in there and sheriff would eat it😂
Your tank is awesome! I know people want a Crappie, but in my opinion it would also be cool if you had a Gar! lol use steel leads!
hay BamaBass can you show us a catfish feeding and do you think you can put some small mouth bass in with the bass?
Where's this weeks
Happy thanks giving
Happy Thanksgiving Cole
Cool video! Interesting the bass didn’t eat the frogs. They are probably smart and picky because they always get fed lol
Well hi there. BamaBass. Do a Video next week on does attracting work on bass
5:28 fish ate that frog like udon noodles! Too funny
Your my favorite RUclipsr
This is for u bama bass this is your pick u should put a pleco or a carp in the 300 gallon tank thank u if u decide to do this
Moby has really grown since this video
Hey you should try to catch a crappie for the 50 gallon tank again!
Maybe you could put a few screws or nails in those letters to keem them from floating around? That was strange to watch those fish spit the frogs out a few times! What was that about? Why do they do that? Good vid.
where's tank Tuesday for this Tuesday?
Thumbs up so BamaBass can see this comment!
MainManVic YT I was wondering the same thing
Yes yes yes
Great video, I really enjoyed it. Have a great Thanksgiving
You should get a big catfish for the big tank once you put the bass in the outdoor pond
You inspired me to get a pet crawfish! I have a tank with 2 green sunfish and 2 green sunfish minnows and then another tank with a bluegill and a crawfish
nice video as always! would be nice to see how the bass attack the minnows in slow motion ;-)
Why not upgrade to shiners already? You could feed them more efficiently. Those minnows seem very small. Is there a reason?
Looked like the frogs were trying to get out of their mouths instead of them spitting them out
Do you use your minnow tank just to store the minnows or do you use brooders and have them reproduce? I like to use minnows crappie fishing but am considering raising my own to cut costs.
Sheriff is the master of that tank unless bonnie and clyde get bigger to scare him off.
What happened to Tank Tuesday? Hope everything is okay.
Marx Haven yes why no vid
I would like to see a crawfish feeding, not the big red ones, they don't seem to pay the one in the tank any mind, but the wild brown kind
You could just drill or silicone the letters to ceramic tiles and bury the tile, that's what I've done w/ drift wood in the past
WHERE IS TANK TUESDAY
Makes me think that a frog bite is strictly a reaction bite or maybe they are hungry but then they find out it is not what they thought it was.
Plz get a red tail catfish because they would be so cool with two bass and bluegill and you can get a baby one and grow it into the fifty five gallon and they grow an inch every two weeks so it would be cool to see them grow every week. Plz consider this. I understand there are some things to plan out but plz try to get one
what would your tactics be to catch bass in the winter?
Hey your wife looks like the girl from an old show called 'The Wonder Years.' You sir are a lucky man.
Been eating all week for this video
Love to see a snakehead in the tank because it is important to understand how the invasive specie is living with the native predators of the environment.
This isn't what would happen normally. These are domesticated fish having never seen many of the food items. In the wild bass are eating full fish and frogs from birth. Its actually very rare for such an old fish to have never eaten a frog.
Would you guys ever consider feeding them a small snake it would be a tug of war!! Hah
How do you keep your water so clean besides water change also how do you stop your plants from overgrowing
Can you give us a sense of just how big the 300 gallon tank is? I'm thinking about raising some catfish but need a large tank
are there ever any issues with odor being that the tank is so big? thanks love the video man congrats on the baby🔥🔥
Dam what happened to tank tues
BamaBass you guys should use live worms instead of minnows maybe or tinny trout magnets I catch huge panfish on those things.
Moby is getting big!
Huh? That's Me! I can't believe it!
TRY MICE NEXT!!!! and happy thanksgiving
It’s probably easy for the frogs to swim out really fast once they open there’s mouth
Have you thought bout doing videos with lunkertv or jon b and peric or outlaw or chris he has a pet bluegill
Another enjoyable video!
Sheriff coming out for the win on the first frog
