I am a Humminbird Pro Staff, I am not a Lowrance expert. However, electronics have the ability to be updated as long as they are not too old. I would suggest one of two things. Do a RUclips search for your model of Lowrance electronics and add "software update" to the search term and see if a creator has made a video for it. If you do not find the answer, contact Lowrance Customer Support and find out that way. Good luck and thanks for the question.
