Disney continues to bite the hand that feeds them, whether it's banning influencers and tour guides from their parks or making extremely divisive content that alienates 50+% of their potential clientele. I hate to hear about what happened, but when one door closes, another opens! I've noticed that all of my friends who once took trips to Disney World are now booking visits to Universal instead. It would be awesome to see your family's spin on Universal attractions, restaurants/food, and events! Hope your family has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Now if Disney sent you a letter asking to stop doing whatever you were doing and you ignored it and kept doing what they didn’t want you to do then ok. But, if they just dropped this on you without any notice then that’s not right and needs to be corrected immediately by Disney.
And if they didn’t inform you first and are kicking out another Nuclear Family then even more shame on Disney. I just can’t believe Walt Disney is in heaven and is happy what is being done to you and your Family. They can and should work this out with you guys.

I understand their wanting to stop 3rd party tours, but to simply trespass without warning is extremely inconsiderate (to put it mildly). Hopefully you get this sorted out soon. Good luck and happy holidays!
I can see why Disney has a problem with people giving paid private tours in their parks. They have that already and it takes away from their business. I think "banning" is a bit harsh. They should serve you first with a cease and desist and then ban you if you continue. They need to crack down on the AP holders that are resellers. They are blatantly breaking the AP rules by buying merch with the discount and reselling for profit

I suspected that when the headlines talked about the other tour companies being trespassed. I'm sorry you got lumped in. I'm sorry that probably ruined your cruise and Christmas for cast members too ... hopefully your family can still come and pass out the goodies you worked so hard to organize!

Here is a solution, until the issue is resolved do other theme park content Universal will welcome you. There are so much other content we'd like to see
I'm surprised more ppl who have been banned aren't doing this! I feel like the Universal RUclipsrs are filled with influencers who DON'T like rides and don't give completely accurate tips about the park. There is definitely a need for true trained tour guides to do more in depth videos at places like Universal, SeaWorld & even Icon Park. I would watch!

This is terrible to hear. Most of the “research” that I used when booking, planning and enjoying our trips came from your videos. Disney should really consider that channels like this help to bring people to their parks.
Wow I heard about this all of a sudden last week when some random videos showed up on my feed. My only advice about this situation is appeal it, but lose the attorney / any legal representation. I personally think you would have better luck getting allowed back in being a DVC member along just appealing on your own. I believe they will unban many of the people who were banned for being third party guides / operating businesses on site. I think lawyering up will slow it down and possibly work against you. They've sent a strong message and I personally think lawyering up looks like a strong arming move back to them which I don't believe Disney will take well to. Best of luck! Your videos are so informative and helpful, and you never place judgement or opinions on the different resort options. I suspected that when the headlines talked about the other tour companies being trespassed. I'm sorry you got lumped in. I'm sorry that probably ruined your cruise and Christmas for cast members too ... hopefully your family can still come and pass out the goodies you worked so hard to organize!

Interesting update that I wasn’t expecting. I’m glad you and your family are healthy and I’m sorry this happened to you. I’m sure something in the fine print or regulations somewhere talked about “tour guide” rules not sure if they are well known though.

That is a shame, I wasn't aware of your work as a tour guide (I pretty much only watch your room overview videos). So this came as a shock. I hope you're able to convince Disney to reconsider.
Disney is really making it difficult to support them with this kind of stuff they do to their customers . I was wondering why I hadn't seen anything from your channel . Just figured maybe with the baby you were taking a break from the streaming .
Im devastated that this has happened to you! You both are the sweetest, most honest people out there. Ive been with you since the beginning….I hate that Disney has become all about the dollar and not about what Walt created it to be. So sad. Here is a solution, until the issue is resolved do other theme park content Universal will welcome you. There are so much other content we'd like to see
I'm surprised more ppl who have been banned aren't doing this! I feel like the Universal RUclipsrs are filled with influencers who DON'T like rides and don't give completely accurate tips about the park. There is definitely a need for true trained tour guides to do more in depth videos at places like Universal, SeaWorld & even Icon Park. I would watch!

When you are able to do videos again, I will be happy to sign back up. You guys still help me fill the time between vacations and cruises as I rewatch your videos.

This is terrible to hear. Most of the “research” that I used when booking, planning and enjoying our trips came from your videos. Disney should really consider that channels like this help to bring people to their parks.

Wow I heard about this all of a sudden last week when some random videos showed up on my feed. My only advice about this situation is appeal it, but lose the attorney / any legal representation. I personally think you would have better luck getting allowed back in being a DVC member along just appealing on your own. I believe they will unban many of the people who were banned for being third party guides / operating businesses on site. I think lawyering up will slow it down and possibly work against you. They've sent a strong message and I personally think lawyering up looks like a strong arming move back to them which I don't believe Disney will take well to. Best of luck! So sorry to hear this, especially when Disney must have benefitted from your positive content and room tours. Your year at Disney inspired me to have a longer vacation and move around the resorts and booking room types that I didn’t even know existed, the 6 person concierge corner suite at Wilderness Lodge for example. Hopefully this can all be resolved. Wishing you all the best for the future 🤗❤️
