You disable the turbo boost by doing that which will significantly decrease heat but you will also lose performance in CPU bound games. The best cooler I can recommend is the IETS GT500 which will drop your temps by 15-20c

Uninstall both Lenovo Vantage Software and Lenovo System Interface Foundation from the apps section of settings in Windows 10. Go to device manager on your PC and expand System Devices and uninstall System Interface Foundation V2 Device Go to Microsoft Store and install the latest version of Lenovo Vantage Software. But do not install Lenovo System Interface Foundation yet from there. Start the Lenovo Vantage and install latest version of System Interface Foundation from there. Close and Reboot. It's just that it seems that on warzone 2 I am getting consistently 5-10 fps on average vs what you show in your video (low settings 1080p). It can dip frequently below 100 fps, still wondering why that is the case

My CPU score was way lower and my fps was lower than yours across the board. I bought some of the RAM from your link so hopefully that will fix the issue. Question why when i edit in adobe premiere pro when it drop frames the lcd sometimes going off but if i closely look at the lcd theres a dim image on it and when i try to shutdown the unit using keyboard .. then power it on again the lcd become normal

It's not 2x8 its 2rx8 which is just faster ram than the stock which is 1rx16 it's confusing but just think of it as being the size of ram just with better timings. I believe 16gb ram sticks are generally the faster ram (just double check though) and I think at this point upgrading to 32gb ram is worth it with game requirements getting more demanding

Probably worth mentioning that a lot of these options aren't in all legion 5s. The legion 5 towers have much more barren options in vantage.

peformance mode may cause increase in overheating, but you should be fine as long as you clean the fans and check your cpu and gpu regularly

I got 9279 score in balanced mode, which is fine for me(Stock RAM). My gpu never got above 80C and my cpu above 76C

If you play games that use the CPU it will (Valorant, CSGO, etc) however if you play games that use 100% of the GPU it won't give a boost.

No set-up just plug and play I recommend testing some CPU intensive games like Valorant so you get a decent before and after idea

Disable turbo boost via secret settings and mine went from 90+ degrees to 75 degrees and below on ultra settings. Best thing Ive found.
