She looks on the shorter side and either does leg day in the gym or played sports and is genetically gifted. She does have great legs. That said, most of these shuffle dancers have developed thighs muscles, and nice legs. Some are taller with longer lines and would need significant time working out to have legs as thick as hers. Right workout routine and anybody can build muscle and shape.
