I tried to do the lunges and my right knee was popping out actually it’s my right leg that usually aches thank you i found the videos comforting although i i did them once !
As a 85 senior man who a gym rat, who had a TKP at 74, who went back to playing tennis & golf. In golf I was 8 or 9 handicap. Started to play pickleball. I was starting to take. 4.5 pickleball rating in Florida. At 83 I developed Parkinson’s I lost over 30lbs muscle mass went down to under 122lbs. I had no motivation to do anything. I just started some PT. I had done bridges, leg raises. You are the first person I saw to use a ball behind the knee . Is it OK to use the “ Horsestance” to help strengthen my legs. My goal eventually just to walk with two walking sticks!
Does the pain change when you keep your core real tight and strong? If so, try that. If not, I would start of by only going up halfway, and slowly increasing to full over a couple of weeks.
