if you look at 1:18 on the time line you will see file type ADM. I believe that if you click on the option you will see GPX as an alternative file type. I think you can import Lowrance waypoints that have been converted to GPX. This could be helpful for people that are converting from Lowrance to Garmin. An advisor at Bass Pro Shops told me this was not possible. I think???? he is incorrect. Do you have a way to confirm that this is possible. Thanks in advance for your valued input.

I have a 93sv and don't have the data transfer under manage data screen. I only have 3 options, clear user data, memory usage and user data sharing. What am I missing?

Im not so worried about waypoints... my recorded tracks?quickdraw contours/depth charts are more important than anything... literal days weeks and months and years worth of mapping which we all know are sooooo much more accurate than the stock garmin maps.... when doing this method, is the quickdraw contour maps transferred also?

Your user data sharing is probably off on one or both of the units or they Need updated. I made a video on how to solve that if you look back through my videos. I believe I lacked it as “waypoints not sharing” something along those lines.

It won’t work for screenshots, as those are stored to the card that is in the unit at the time the screenshot is taken. This will only transfer the user data. But it will work on 93 +’s and similar units for the waypoints and user data

You could upload them all to google earth and manage them that way

Yes as long as you get the file format into “.gpx” you are good to go.
There are several converters online as well

They won’t read cards over 32gb

You can check by putting the card into a PC and then seeing if that folder got brought over.

You have to have the right format for the garmin to read them.

No they will not, you will have to network them. I have a video covering that topic that is very simple to follow

Try a different card.
Or reformat the existing card to fat32
@@MGMarineTech it's a brand new card out the packet.will try and format it but I'm not very keyed up with these things
