I'm not sure, but I think it will fill one first. This is not RAID 0 where half of the data is written to one disk and the other half to the other disk.

From what I understood on the video, you can join partitions of different physical disks, but none of these partitions can have Windows installed. The new extended volume will became a dynamic disk, that can't be used for booting or storing the Windows. Also, I'm not sure it's a good idea to join 2 physical disks, because your data will be spread on them. If you need to remove one, you might loose some data or have it corrupted.
Thank you, FYI, Extend Volume was greyed out for me, it turned out that you need to initialize the disk and bring it online before extending the volume.

sadly its not letting me due to the reason that the system (C) is on disk 1 and i cant turn it into dynamic with the new disk 0. is there an other way to do so?

Cannot combine the C drive because it has Windows already installed on it.

in order to extend the volume/disk it must be a dynamic disk BUT if the operating system is installed on that disk (C: Drive) it cannot be extended.

You can, but you would need to use RAID, which I don't recommend
