Like #107👍Thank you Vasily for the hours of great entertainment..and it keeps getting better...Your work is some of the best out there..and you are so young..I can only imagine where you will be in 20 years and I cant wait to watch your channel grow...Thanks again
My son right here is the only person I see making everything from scratch and not using pre existing frames for his builds. Diy, the way God wanted us to be
The fiberglass is a nice touch, looking forward to the final product and seeing this beast running n driving!! Keep up the hard work young man, your doing great work!
Dude this project is looking great! The frame correction you made under the seat pan is perfect! Try using a woven fiberglass matte vs. A chopped strand matte for the heavier pan areas. It just produces a heavier/stronger product in less time and a spray can of mold release agent is fairly cheap too! Keep up the great videos man!
Great that you get looked after in your past, hope we can all look after you in your future projects. Stay on track and strong brother. As I'm new to your channel I'm going through your old posts that give you views. Take care mate. James.
Comin along great man! Lmk what year KX motor ya have and I'll send ya any parts I have (I ride YZ's now). But I got pipes, silencers, carb parts, V-Force reeds, tons of stuff. It's just taking up space so if ya want it u can have it. Glad to see a young kid not sitting on PS4 or Xbox all day and having actual skill so more than happy to help.
That's awesome man! I completely agree with you, the kid has great talent and it's always nice to see kids now days doing anything other than sitting in front of a t.v. or computer. Keep up the great work young man!
I raced Go-Karts for over 20yrs..ran a kt100 to start out..then I moved to opens..which was a coyote oval rocket with a cr125r motor..home made like yours..ran on Alcohol..and I never raced pavement..it was clay..check out our club..hunterstown speedway..Gettysburg pa..good luck🇺🇸🇬🇧😎✌️
Proud of u lil metal man. I didnt get motivated to work with metal tell i was 13 and took metal shop. Knew then i loved welding and engines. Stay metal..!!
Mate I'm still one of many that wait on a daily basis to watch your next videos. I'll be ordering my tubing this week, my welder came last week. I'm raring to go. Keep up the good work
If you want good strength/weight ratio, use a core material in the fiberglass/carbon, depending on what you use. Using foam core, nomex honeycomb, or other core materials that are light makes the sandwich much stronger.
wow !!!! that looks amazing iv learned so much from you smart man i need to get me a pipe bender that thing is awesome i cant wait to see this beast run
Wow that is amazing I like fact that you took advice from your fans that's amazing I love the work did you did and that's exactly what I was thinking of when I was telling you to beef it up a little great job bro💪🏽👏👏👏👏👏
You do awesome work kiddo! I know nothing about building carts ... Just stumbled on your vids... Have to say you surely have skills and a secure future.... Keep it up!!! Great job!!!!
Mayytteee! Go hard or go home! This is a proper shifter kart! 10x what other channels have done. Love the build. I am worried about your shift paddles though. Everything else in the kart is 110% but the paddles look a little back yard. Great build.
You still got to figure the steering out. Get the principles right and include then a ton of adjustment possibilities. This is such a nice little project so get it right on the money the first time. After all it only needs a few minutes of thinking, on a years work. Do it as you do, as long as inner front turns slightly more all the way.
Don't get me wrong in any ways. Your project is fabulous. Maybe... try to get your hands on some rc-buggy with all possible steering adjustments, forget the suspension and work your way understanding the geometry just in the steering alone.
Vasily im really enjoying this kart come together im one of your original subscribers and your channel has always had awesome content it makes me happy to see your channel growing brother keep up the good work ypur awesome i look forward to watchin the next vid be safe and god bless buddy
Just subscribed and great vids. I have a question, I’m building a shifter kart with a 200cc 5 speed engine, and I’m wondering what gearing I should go with on the engine sprocket to the axle sprocket.
I'm so glad to see you using fiberglass panels and fenders, it adds the custom look, and love the frame design, looks like a winner...
if you want stiff fiberglass use cross directional weave cloth and epoxy resin will do the most.
For a young man you have mad skills! You're going places in the world 😉 gopowersports is doing good by choosing you as someone to represent them
I 3rd that.
4th
jacks 420 count my as 5th! Couldent say it any better! Very talented!! Keep it alive for our generation brother!
Can’t wait for part six to hopefully see this thing running and driving

Thank you man representing the #smallenginenation
Release agent ( wax) will make you day easier .
How did 6 people dislike this?? Awesome build man I love seeing your progress! It's inspired me to work on some of my own projects
I really don't mind you taking your time I think it's gonna be great
^^^ yeah I try. I don't have much in funds and tools so sometimes I feel I have to stretch a little
what you were describing is called Frame deflection , very common with rigid frames....but you know what you're doing....im impressed.
My son right here is the only person I see making everything from scratch and not using pre existing frames for his builds. Diy, the way God wanted us to be
Living the dream building cool toys. Great way to learn and grow. Have fun be safe.
Thank you
For someone who is young as you . Bravo Sir,you have mad skills.
This is actually sick af. U need more subs
This frame construction is awesome! Looking forward to see more of it!
Can't wait for part six and til ur channel blows up

Dang I should have bought one thank you
Love your kart design, that press you have really help put things together for you. I'm building one to look like a mini doom buggy.
Powder coat would look amazing on this build
that THING looks sick awsome work with welding and reinforcing
Great that you get looked after in your past, hope we can all look after you in your future projects.
Stay on track and strong brother.
As I'm new to your channel I'm going through your old posts that give you views.
Take care mate.
James.
Thank you
lots of progress, great to see you wearing safety gear. keep up the good work.
So glad I found this series. That's exactly how i would do things if i built a kart. I really like your thoughts on aerodynamics, keep it up!

You deserve 10,000,000 subs by now. I’ve never clicked on videos so fast!!!!
U deserve way more subs bro!!
Dude this build is coming out wicked. Big props to you brother.
Love that you are making your own panels man. Keep up the great work!
Looks sick man . Measure twice cut once ! Your gonna need a bigger gas tank to run that 250motor . There thirsty
Dude you have grown so much since I subscribed to you at 1k subs now you have sponsors and everything your doing very well keep up the good work
I raced Go-Karts for over 20yrs..ran a kt100 to start out..then I moved to opens..which was a coyote oval rocket with a cr125r motor..home made like yours..ran on Alcohol..and I never raced pavement..it was clay..check out our club..hunterstown speedway..Gettysburg pa..good luck🇺🇸🇬🇧😎✌️
Mad building skills for sure its sick as hell man. The best kart I've seen on RUclips
Proud of u lil metal man. I didnt get motivated to work with metal tell i was 13 and took metal shop. Knew then i loved welding and engines. Stay metal..!!
Cool video can’t wait to see that thing running and driving
I'm amazed at your fabrication skills 👍.
It kind of hurts to see he only has 22k subscribers with how much work he puts into his channel
u are having a awesome plan bro
Nice build. Looking forward to Part 6.
its already out along with the test drive
I personally think that the wing mount should match the trellis frame.....
Either than that!!! Dope AF
Looks Amazing, Can’t wait till it’s done!!
Amazing work Vasily! You're so close!
I'm fiendin to see this thing in action
I love everything you got from FedEx is for an “upcoming project”
Keep up the good work!! You got a bright future ahead of you.
That's gonna look very very good when you get done. The fiber glass pieces I'd paint them to look like carbon fiber
Mate I'm still one of many that wait on a daily basis to watch your next videos. I'll be ordering my tubing this week, my welder came last week. I'm raring to go. Keep up the good work
Can't wait see it running. 👍
Just a mention, put some release wax down first before u fibreglass makes lifting it off surfaces way easier
Cooking spray, "PAM" makes a great releasing agent for fiberglass work, and is cheaper then that aluminum tape too.
I’m just happy I was here at 15k ❤️keep up the good work man

Keep up the good work bud, looking awesome.

You go kart is brutal😎
You’d be a beast with a collection of proper cutting and Bending equipment . Not intended to be a jab. I like the cart. Thanks for another great video
I agree, here soon with better finances I'm buying a proper tube bender, and Mig setup, and probably a band saw
Great job, guy waiting for part 6. Um abraço de um admirador brasileiro seu.
Love the content. I bought a shifter cart and a 93 kx 250 about a year ago. Has this ever inspired me to get back at the project
You do awesome work kiddo! I know nothing about building carts ... Just stumbled on your vids... Have to say you surely have skills and a secure future.... Keep it up!!! Great job!!!!
and um wishing to ride this beast oneday... great condition work bro 💪
Mayytteee! Go hard or go home! This is a proper shifter kart! 10x what other channels have done. Love the build. I am worried about your shift paddles though. Everything else in the kart is 110% but the paddles look a little back yard. Great build.
Thank you !
@Vasily Custom Builds...Buy some mold release. Pre paint the mold with it and you will never fight a mold again.
Amazing build dude! iam can´t wait for the next part :D have a nice day greetings from Germany.
Great looking Build. Was gonna say Wax it before glassing it. But looking at the comments. They beat me to it.. I can say, Wax will fill any voids
Is that all steel??? I imagine it is cause I don't think you can weld chromeolly with a wire feed welder..correct me if I'm wrong🇺🇸🇬🇧😎✌️
Dope🔥
Sick bro super excited for the final results 🔥🤑
I love how his shop shoes are yeezys😂I respect that
😂😂
Damn you're talented!! That go kart looks very well build and safe to drive good video's to!
Also, in the kart racing world.. anything over 100cc requires front brakes.
You still got to figure the steering out. Get the principles right and include then a ton of adjustment possibilities. This is such a nice little project so get it right on the money the first time.

This thang looks sicklkkkk!!! Keep up the awesome work man!!
Thanks for the video, I've always wanted to build me a cart thank you so much!!!!
Good job, that frame looks like it should last. Nice editing also.

Thank you
Looks awesome man! Came from church and started watching 😂
Carts looking good
Vasily im really enjoying this kart come together im one of your original subscribers and your channel has always had awesome content it makes me happy to see your channel growing brother keep up the good work ypur awesome i look forward to watchin the next vid be safe and god bless buddy
Thank you God bless!
Dude that’s a sick cart
Appreciate it!!
Amazing work as always
lookin really good keep it up
So you dont have no problems with that pipe bender making your tube fold or kink? What size tubing did you use?
Don't use tube. I only use pipe. Schedule 40 3/4"
Nice to roll in that..Fueltank breaks and you get a fuel shower:D
Sweet build man
How big is your rear axle? I think it looks very thin. On a 125 shifter it is Ø50x2 mm
Just subscribed and great vids. I have a question, I’m building a shifter kart with a 200cc 5 speed engine, and I’m wondering what gearing I should go with on the engine sprocket to the axle sprocket.
Thats not as powerful as a 250 so Id say 11/22 - 11/32
Im running 12/22
I have a question:are you gonna race it?it will be a real good race kart.Looking forward to part 6.Awesome
yessir
Thanks for the reply!!!
lookin good man keep up the awesome work
7 haters and 537 like ur doing a grate job keep it up and rolling
Looks great man!
Looks great!
Bro I just sub'd...your builds are sick,I think it's awesome you build from ground up..keep up the good work...
Its gonna be a BEAST! cant wait to see it done! Great job! Hell Yea Brother✌
aweshome ! build a complete body shell like a supercar race car with closed wheel wells and make it street legal with lights ,like me
Yes! Finally!!
You are doing fine. But that steering shaft looks a bit flimsy?
You should make it look like a Indy car buddy. She going to rip. Braaaap
Awesome video! This build is so sick!🔥
The angles u are getting with simple grinder cuts look great! What size / schedule pipe are you using???
40 3/4"
Yeah I tapped that bell. Love the content you've been putting out!
