So good to see you back in action. Lets go Vasily. I would add a raked skid plate to the front due to It being so low in case you hit something to keep you from coming to a compete stop. basically to make you jump over it. imagine if you hit a curb for instance. Food for thought.
Note: If you apply pressure to your brake calipers before tacking the brackets in place it will ensure that the pistons ride perpendicular to the rotor.
Build some ducts for the radiator that run from somwhere towards the front into the radiator to increase flow since ur head is covering alot of it, some kind of scoop would be cool
Thw vibration is insane on these 2 strokes an its the same with my nitro rc cars an trucks so much vibration its insane but you gotta love them high rpms tho lol
Smart decision to upgrade brakes on start ! Everything else can be done but first you have to be able to stop LOL :) Wish you luck and to reach what you want with this project !
when i was about 18 years old. I put a 25r honda atc engine in a sprint go kart chassis! That thing was the fastest thing i have ever driven! zero to sixty in a flash! Loved that thing! really enjoyed your build! Brought back some nice memories!
Great build, only thing I would maybe do different is relocate the radiator, if the radiator were to boil over it will be spewing hot coolant all over you.
Love to see your getting better and back up and building. I just recently bought a 1987 Kawasaki 650sx standup jetski. I reabuilt the engine its ready to go other then a new stator. Now sanding it down for a new paint job.
glad to see you back. Just pointing out that if you had positioned all the axle hangers with the opening facing up, it would be a hell lot easier to remove axle
Man I can see you owning a high end fab shop in the future. You should be capable of building anything with the right tools. Keep it up man. You have a unique and special talent. Great quality work. And your very young! More kids should do this instead of video games.
You are a skilled builder Sir! Awsome mods! Incredible how a young so young like you has the brains and perseverance to complete one build after another! You come from a Great family...God Bless!
you should have put on some front brakes to. but any welcome back now you got some battle scar's to impress the ladies with. take Care and always remember safety first.
I think you should if possible add some triangulated horizontal support bars to your upper bearing support bars. On the rear or front of bearing carrier of rear axle. As close to bearing as possible.
Hose clamps will work fine but you want to put a beveled edge on both edges of clamping seat post holders so they can't slide off during the vibration from the cart and the motor keep up the great work man.
My first video of your's and I'm happy to say I'm now a new subscriber. You have a ton of talent, keep up the videos and I'll keep watching. Awesome cart too!
I hope you have some pads to join your helmet. Lol. Maybe a full body pad suit. Glad to see you up and going again. We missed your crazy fabrications. 😉😉
Dude your good on the seat stands a top file dragster uses saddle mounts and hose clamps for their 10,000 hp motors look it up and good to see you posting again and feeling better 🤙🏼
Its looking really good. You should try the hot wheels build, seem to be the craze at the moment. Looks awesome though, been waiting for a follow up video. Glad your back
This channel is gonna hit 1M in no time, glad to join the fun early :) rebuilding a 1995 swiss hutless myself aswell with a 1986 cr125 engine its gonna rip
I just subscribed to your channel, because that's an impressive build! I worry about the radiator location. When my son was at Villanova studying engineering, they put two smaller radiators in front of the rear wheels, on their 3/4 scale formula 1 race car. Never had any overheating problems.
Hose clamps are not mechanical fasteners. The picture you provided were actually pipe clamps the only thing holding a hose clamp together as one side of the threaded screw into the sheet metal body. Do yourself a favor and get some U bolts like exhaust hangers. But you got some good talents bud. Keep it up
The hose clamps are only keeping his mounts from lifting or sliding left to right. The seat mount pipes are resting applying all of their pressure to the frame. The hose clamps only serve to keep it from moving left/right or lifting away from the frame.
Bird76Mojo76 Yup. My reasoning for commenting this. Is there’s going to be s hundred thousand views on this vid at some point. A lot of which are going to be kids then going to build something. They will grab hose clamps to hold something structural together not knowing any better Especially after his explanation of them being used in race cars. Which Just is not true
Glad to see you back, and like all the updates sure there will be more in future. My 2 cents on this video is using "pillow bearing blocks" instead of your "live axle bearing holders" for strength/adjust-ability/longevity and come in lots of shapes/sizes/ratings. Also not a fan of hollow axles unless you are running a thick wall as gives to much allowance for torque twist and it warping under load also end should be sealed (i always run solid). Its all a learning experience but its reason i started asking professionals and tbh in my opinion after watching so many "gopowersports" sponsored videos i feel like quite a bit of there stuff isn't designed for what they/people use for eg. Tyres (there is no speed rating or temp) Honestly all just be careful, its all fun until something goes wrong and youtube is not a professional haha
So glad to see you back and stronger than ever ! The shifter cart is sick and your fab skills just keep getting better. Have you ever heard of a company called Eastwood. They have an amazing line of fab tools and products that could be useful. Check it out on line. Glad your back 👍🏻
You could put some radiator hose or some rubber inbetween those seat brackets and the frame to give some padding amd protect your paint when you paint it?
Hey vasily builds off I am making a smaller way less complicated go kart will I need a cooling devise? Thinking about putting a predator on a razor groundforce go kart
Good to see you back at it again brother, I was wondering how you were getting on as that was a some accident that you had. Enjoy yourself now that you’re back at it but for gods sake please stay safe 🙏

Yeah it'll prevent cracked/bent/broken frame and bones
Sorry Guys I made a mistake and had to re-upload the video. This one's a banger 🔥
Can you do a review of your new welding machine you got a while back?
Are you from grecce because vasily is basic Greek name
no i think he is from russia
but i am not sure
@@andrejmalik5596 ok thnx
Great video and good to see you using that leg again! Keep walking and don't worry about running or jumping for now. Those things will come back.
Note:
If you apply pressure to your brake calipers before tacking the brackets in place it will ensure that the pistons ride perpendicular to the rotor.
Nice new upgrade parts in shifter kart
Shotout for leroy adriane s bernardo from philippines
Build some ducts for the radiator that run from somwhere towards the front into the radiator to increase flow since ur head is covering alot of it, some kind of scoop would be cool
radiators need to be mounted with bushings. especially on 2 strokes.
Nice to see you stronger than ever!!!
Great to see your healing well! Love the edits to the chassis! You will have much better Ackerman and that rear axle will be way stronger! Nice Work!
Looking better every time! Definitely a good idea to go to a bigger radiator set up🤟🏼
Thanks brother! 🤙
Perfect seat mounts. The stand-offs bare all the weight against the frame. Clamps just keep it all in order
Happy you are back

Love the build dude watched since the start, I might recommend some shrouding around the radiator on the sides like it would on the actual dirt bike !
Good job using the fire blanket for the engine I can’t seem to get adults who are full journeyman to get that concept good job
Congrats on your return! Watched your video earlier. I enjoy watching the shifter cart build. Keep up the good work
Thank you! 🤙😊
Great build, only thing I would maybe do different is relocate the radiator, if the radiator were to boil over it will be spewing hot coolant all over you.

glad to see you back. Just pointing out that if you had positioned all the axle hangers with the opening facing up, it would be a hell lot easier to remove axle

You boys got some skill here, really cool build.

I just subscribed to your channel, because that's an impressive build! I worry about the radiator location. When my son was at Villanova studying engineering, they put two smaller radiators in front of the rear wheels, on their 3/4 scale formula 1 race car. Never had any overheating problems.

The clamps looked like t bolt clamps. He should be using something stronger.

Good to see you back!
Glad you are back!!
fun little fact: that trick you did with the seats and hose clamps... that's how top fuel dragster engines are held into the cars
So glad to see you back and stronger than ever ! The shifter cart is sick and your fab skills just keep getting better. Have you ever heard of a company called Eastwood. They have an amazing line of fab tools and products that could be useful. Check it out on line. Glad your back 👍🏻
Thanks. Yes, they may need to sponsor me
Super glad too see you good work 👍
I’m curious why such a small chain and sprocket for fast acceleration? But it won’t have much too end right?
Keep it up brother you are doing good! You are awesome remember that!!!!!!!!!
You could put some radiator hose or some rubber inbetween those seat brackets and the frame to give some padding amd protect your paint when you paint it?
This thing is going to be a sick thing!! Glad your back!!
Hey vasily builds off I am making a smaller way less complicated go kart will I need a cooling devise? Thinking about putting a predator on a razor groundforce go kart
I do like how you don't settle for "Good enough" you'll go back again and again untill you have got it exactly how you wanted it.
Welcome back brother...I'm so glad your back!..cant wait till next video!
Good to see you back at it again brother, I was wondering how you were getting on as that was a some accident that you had.
