My thought too. My heaviest was 325lb I’m now 296lb. She lost almost all of me at my heaviest. I keep getting sad that I need still need to lose the entire weight of a regular sized person but then I see her and she lost an entire obese person already. Such a great effort and I have no excuse not to lose a regular person’s weight

My note to her: Best answer for loose skin aside from surgery is wearing a corset, or waist cincher, doing body wraps, and of course wearing Spanx. The trick is that you have to leave the corset, waist cicher, or Spanx on 16 hours a day for several months, and physicians warn that you should exercise those muscles while you are not wearing the item! The neck can be delt with by a face and neck body wrap, google face and neck wrap, facelift wrap, remember to wear it daily until getting the desired affect, then maintain by wearing every few days for a while. The corset and Spanx have to stay on 16 hours a day for months, but you will see a change!

I weigh over 300 pounds and I just started going to the gym 4 days ago.I have been going everyday for itleast an hour and it feels so good to exercise.I also stopped drinking soda over a month ago and ive been drinking nothing but water.I am ready to lose weight.All the loose skin does make me nervous but its better then being overweight and miserable.I also feel the same about rollercoasters!you look great by the way!

fat ppl generally tend to be muscular since their body has to compensate for all the fat they carry arround. So yeah if youre fat dont worry, you wont probably even need to bulk up when you lost all that shit.

Have you looked up fasting for your skin? It’s better when you’re still overweight. Because your body literally used the fat as food and that helps shrink the skin down a lot

In recent years I have done many diets and invested a lot of time in the gym. But to be honest, I've always sabotaged myself, because of the fear of the excess of skin. This time it feels a little different, in the first place I become aware of my fears, and a result of that I decide to switch scarcity for abundance. In the past, I used to believe that when I reached my ideal weight, I would never be able to afford surgery to remove the excess skin, but now I know that when the time comes and my body is ready to remove the excess skin, I will be ready too to afford it. I'm now 205 pounds and I am working out 5 days a week.

It is particularly painful where it pulls down on my mastectomy scars. I must wear support clothing all the time to reduce the pulling and pain. Also, embarrassing to mention is the pain caused by loose heavy skin in the genital area😥 That is something often not mentioned. Hooray for you! Congratulations on your success.

When I weighed 246 lbs I was mortified when after waiting 45 mins for a table i couldn't fit even then that wasn't my last straw 😭

Everyday I feel really bad about myself because of my skin but seeing you so happy made me realize that is not something to be embarrassed about . I'm so proud of you! I just came across your video and I'm speechless, I'm lost for words because you did it all on your own!! That is amazing. I lost a hundred pounds back in 2000 and I did it just like you did but did not have all that excessive skin. Need to lose that way now again but it's not easy and I commend you. I weigh over 300 pounds and I just started going to the gym 4 days ago.I have been going everyday for itleast an hour and it feels so good to exercise.I also stopped drinking soda over a month ago and ive been drinking nothing but water.I am ready to lose weight.All the loose skin does make me nervous but its better then being overweight and miserable.I also feel the same about rollercoasters!you look great by the way!

fat ppl generally tend to be muscular since their body has to compensate for all the fat they carry arround. So yeah if youre fat dont worry, you wont probably even need to bulk up when you lost all that shit.

Have you looked up fasting for your skin? It’s better when you’re still overweight. Because your body literally used the fat as food and that helps shrink the skin down a lot

Congratulation!!! Great job! Thank you for sharing your story, you are very brave! I have been overweight for over 17 years. The most I have weighed is 240 pounds. In recent years I have done many diets and invested a lot of time in the gym. But to be honest, I've always sabotaged myself, because of the fear of the excess of skin. This time it feels a little different, in the first place I become aware of my fears, and a result of that I decide to switch scarcity for abundance. In the past, I used to believe that when I reached my ideal weight, I would never be able to afford surgery to remove the excess skin, but now I know that when the time comes and my body is ready to remove the excess skin, I will be ready too to afford it. I'm now 205 pounds and I am working out 5 days a week.

Gym Bulking
Fasting - keeps my skin healthy
Dry Fasting - helps extremely well but can be dangerous
Collagen and not neglecting any edible part of protein sources has helped
Slow and steady is key, fast isn't the key if people can control it. Your skin and retract more if done slower

It is particularly painful where it pulls down on my mastectomy scars. I must wear support clothing all the time to reduce the pulling and pain. Also, embarrassing to mention is the pain caused by loose heavy skin in the genital area😥 That is something often not mentioned. Hooray for you! Congratulations on your success.
