nice workflow, thanks for the video! If I can just make a suggestion, adjust the volume of when you talk and the music so they're about the same. I end up having to turn up the volume up to hear you, and then scramble to lower it when the music blasts.

great tutorial but the BGM is too loud...

Yeah, While editing I forgot to test audio levels overall so I would recommend turning on closed captioning, for future tutorials I plan to be more careful with balance between the talking and the music.

You REALLY need to work on your Audio. Most important part of a Video.

This is not a complete beginners tutorial. this is a "how to use the landscape generator of 5.2 for beginners".
From that point of view he did explain / show what you need to know.

@@TheNerd Although the nature assets are from a asset pack, the method I used to create the landscape was completely done in unreal engine with all of the steps being able to be easily followed.

Mate great tutorial but I have a massive problem.. When I create the landscape (even with your same settings) in my Outliner I get a "Main" Landscape layer and underneath all the single layer components (tons of individual "squares" so to speak). So, if I apply the texture to the "Main" Landscape I'd expect for the texture to be applied in all the single components of that same layer but instead NOTHING happens. Also I wonder how come that you get a single "piece of land" and I get all this tiny individual pieces... Any idea? I am also using UE5.. Thanks!

How does yours run so well with that much foliage, when I add a lot of foliage it gets rekt.

Well it’s mainly two things working together, and the first thing is optimized assets, these are not megascan assets they are well optimized by the crews for of the pack for use in large areas. Second; I have a pretty good setup, I’m currently working with an i13 10th gen, 32gb of RAM and a 4070 ti, so with better specs you can do more in unreal.

      @@AydensAnimations I run an i7 11th gen 32gb RAM and a 3080, so I don't think it's a specs thing. Must be the optimization part, thanks.
