God bless you grandma a hundred million billion times! So beautiful, so talented, wonderful. I watch you all the time now, sometimes several times to follow your recipes. I'm retired now, and I always loved to cook. My grandparents helped raise me, especially grandma in the kitchen, and she sewed on old petal machine, she was polish, and would sing and dance in kitchen. She had a heart of gold, so much like you. I love you and appreciate you forever like my grandma. We are truly blessed to have grandmas like you! You are a treasure!
Mama Gina, wow what big guns you have....big biceps, that's from picking up all those heavy pots & pans...you are just the Best & so Darling, & WHAT A GREAT COOK! GODBBLESS YOU!

Everything she does is a labor of love for her family. My grandmother was like that. Watch her bread recipe - she wrestles a massive ball of dough and wins! What a wonderful lady!

My nonna adds fresh parsley and oregano, 2 Garlic cloves, grated parm, and 1/4 of an onion to the batter to give it more flavour! we also added chili fllakes because her and I like them spicy
Love you Gina you are an inspiration to us all, hard working nonna’s in the kitchen and all home grown vegetables a lot of hard work. A big hug from Australia ♥️
Hello, Grandma Gina! So good to see you. I made the sauce from your cookbook and the family loved it. They said it was the best spaghetti sauce I ever made.
Gina! My mama Wafa passed away from cancer last September at 56. In the months before her passing, your videos and recipes were her greatest joy. We used to watch them together and prepare the food. I can’t thank you enough for the impact you had on my mothers last days. Sending all my love ❤️❤️❤️
My entire family was watching you on Sunday...Gina, you bring back the happiest memories ....of our Grandma (from Pescara) in the kitchen. Thank you for what you do, making the world a better place!!
Oh my!!! My grandmother made these years ago! She was from Germany... they were fantastic!!!!! Wish I had learned it then, but you Dear Nona Gina have made me want to do these!!!! Love your singing, wish you would make a CD to go with your cook book....I bought your cookbook!! Its wonderful!!! Thank you and God Bless🥰
Love how Gina has such passion and patience - she's so gentle and thorough. Am trying to learn from her ... I like to get in and out of the kitchen fast! LOL. I'm learning slowly Mama Gina xxx
Nonna Gina has saved me thru Lockdown with her delightful videos. Today’s Stuffed Zucchini blossoms has got to be my Favorite. Everyone needs a Nonna Gina in their lives…..she is such a memory of childhood. And I’m not even Italian…..but my best girl friend was, and we grew up with her Nonna’s love and kitchen talents till we were grown woman Bless you

In the middle of selling a home and looking for another (after 35 years) I sure needed another dose of singing and cooking for family and hearing how your sweet husband would wait for you to cook these. I cant wait to cook again for my family, you keep my hope going!
I don't watch these for the recipes. I watch them to remember what it was like to have a Grandmother. I'm the grandmother now and I want to be one like Gina.
21 thousand views in one day???? Grandma Gina you are a ROCKSTAR!!! And im learning SO MUCH from you! Thankk you for sharing your knowledge with us. You are BEAUTIFUL!
This is such a great video! I love watching Grandma Gina fry, bake, and cook. I also love the beautiful video taping with every episode. It's so nice that you list the ingredients and amounts right along as she's preparing them so you can work right alongside of her. I hope you continue to do that for every video because it's so helpful. I bought her cookbook and am so thrilled. What a treasure that is for your family. I'm buying more of her cookbooks for gifts because everyone loves Grandma Gina.
I've eaten fried pumpkin and zucchini bloosoms since I was a child. They are delicious and expensive if you can find them served in a restaurant. Always pick the blossoms in the early morning when they are fully open. The trick is being able to tell male from female blossoms. If you pick female blossoms you will not get any zucchini, males do not produce a zucchini. The female blossoms have a small green ball at the base that will become a zuccini, the male does not. I was not aware untill now that this was an Italian favorite as we are just country farm folks LOL
Thank you for differentiating differences between male & female blooms! I will rise up early tomorrow morning. Looking forward to picking blossoms! I've got pumpkin growing too! Wow! Many thanks! :)
@@lindamull189 Your welcome If you have a deep freezer you can batter, lay on a cookie sheet to freeze then bag and freeze. I like to use cornmeal instead of flour to bread them. We freeze them to have on Christmas Eve with other appetizisers as a treat. Fry them frozen. A normal refrigerator freezer goes through defrost cycles and ruins them. Been there, done that LOL
Thank you so very much for replying to me! I will be outside early morning to pick the blossoms and thinking of your kindness in sharing information! I was never a country folk but the last 17 years! Your family got that idea from perhaps an earlier generation that migrated to America? Count yourself lucky for the years of eating so good! I look forward to tasting something I've never tasted before! Once again, many thanks! :)

This brings back so many fond memories of when I would accompany my mother to go pick the zucchini flowers. She loved them so much. Thank you for sharing how you make them. God bless and good health to you and your family.
Oh, my dear Gina!! I ordered your cookbook as soon as you announced it. I was going to order another for a friend, but she told me a friend had already bought one for her! These flowers look so very delicious. My heart sings every time you post. Much love.
Thank you Gina, the world needs more people like you! The recent pandemic here in Italy (but I mean all over the world too) beat us very badly, now the people at the government that none of us have chosen to be there, is making choices in our behalf (see the green pass...) without even making a referendum. Love to see you cooking and singing our songs! God Bless you! Stay safe, best wishes from Italy!

Ciao Nonna Gina. I make the zucchini but I want to make the zucchini flowers too. Thank you for the recipe. Canta sempre Nonna Gina. Ti voglio tanto bene con il mio cuore. 🇮🇹🇺🇸❤️
I have watched her videos from the very start and have made nearly all her recipes. I ordered her book to have as well, and I can tell you it is a delight to have all the recipes in a book form. I will be trying this recipe as soon as I find the flowers to be able to make this dish. I love the singing she does, it makes my heart happy to hear her sing. Grandma Gina is a treasure for sure! Tonight we are having spaghetti with garlic and olive oil. It’s the most wonderful easy dish to serve on a warm south Texas evening. Keep making the videos because we love seeing you cook! It's a blessing and a delight to watch this video. My Grandfather told me, if you give someone a fish, they eat today; if you teach someone how to fish, they eat for a life time. Thank you for teaching.
Oh my God, Gina is back. I am so happy to see you Gina. We miss you. Please come back often. Thank you. I am using your recipes to cook for my very picky son who happens to love Italian food (but only pasta meals and meatball type of things)
It is a red letter day ........ Amazon delivered my copy of "Cooking with Grandma Gina!" I have gotten very little done this evening .......... have read the cookbook cover to cover! Loved the pictures, and delighted to get to see the rest of the "Grandma Gina Team"!
My grandmother used to make these I lived them I never knew how to make them now I do. I just love to watch you I have made so many of your recipes that is why I bought your book now I have them all together instead of paper. You make my day with your smile and signing, if you could I would love to see your garden. Thanks for sharing your cooking with us.
Hi mam I love this recipe when we used to live in Virginia I used to buy Zucchini flowers from farmers market and used to make fritters so yummy my daughter is married to an Italian she taught me to make this recipe but now last year we moved to Florida Orlando I can't find it here thanks a lot for sharing Italy is our favorite place we have been there so many times Bari Biscellia beautiful small town
Nonna Gina’s singing is very lovely 🎵. Thank you 🙏 for your beautiful videos, you make us happy sharing food, cooking, Italian song and stories. Stay safe & well Gina. 💚🇮🇹
Omg. My mom made these all the time growing up in Brooklyn. Wow. !!! We loved them. Amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️this channel is priceless. 💕💕🙏Grandma Gina. You r soooo cute. ❤️
You remind me of my Nonna Assunta. Thats why I watched your channel.. She used to sing to us as she cooked. I miss her, her cooking and her stories. Thank you for sharing all your cooking, singing and stories. ❤
When I watch Gina, I feel like I have all the time in the world to prepare food for the people I love. My hands shake, they ache, my feet swell and hurt, but time is so much easier to handle despite all of this. I may take short breaks, but I can't wait to get back to the cooking...it is a wonderful, satisfying feeling even though it takes me a bit longer than a young person. I think the time taken and the care and attention to the food makes a difference, and it shows on the faces and smiles of the people I love and cook for. Gina...you are such a blessing and inspiration to me. Thank you so very much.
I just love this gal! She uses the same dishes and wooden spoons I have. Some I bought, some I inherited. Wooden spoons are my favorite tools to cook with.
Many thanks for teaching us how to make both of these dishes. It was such a joy watching you wash, prepare & fry the flowers. I loved your song as always! Every day is brighter when my favorite utuber Gina shares with us❤️
I am so delighted you did this video! When I was in Italy I took a cooking course and we did stuffed zucchini flowers and it was like you except we rolled prosciutto around the mozzarella before stuffing. It was so delicious! When we visited the Mercado to buy our ingredients the huge mound of zucchini flowers was beautiful. In the USA we can’t buy zucchini flowers but can pick from our own gardens. No one here heard of this wonderful recipe. Italians really know how to eat! God bless you, Gina, for sharing with us!
Hi Gina! So great to find your video this morning, especially this one…my Babci used to fry the zucchini flowers like this from our garden every summer…. What special and precious memories…stay safe sweet Gina…much love from New Hope, PA ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love you Grandmaman! You must have a giant garden! I only have about 10 zucchini flowers in my garden… All of your recipes that I’ve tried are absolutely DELICIOUS. I am building a very good little cookbook to pass down to my children! Thank you and keep singing! 🙂

Every day is a happy day when Gina posts one of her beautiful recipes. We love you!! God bless you. Stay well.
Cara signora Gina, lei è bravissima, fantastica!
Marisa
Please make more videos. So many people love you, especially me. Love, Becky
Gina. I love every one of your videos. You have mentioned your garden many times. As a novice gardener, I would love to see your garden. I'm sure many others would too. Thank you for all that you teach us.

What a joy watching you make these.I love you Grandma Gina.God bless you.🙏🥰❣️
I have watched her videos from the very start and have made nearly all her recipes. Cindy ❤️❤️❤️
I made spaghetti with garlic and olive oil tonight!!! I had to stop myself before I ate too much. I think I like this better than anything ❤️
You are a treasure! I never heard of this before but I asked my Aunt and she said my Grandma would make them the same way. I love your channel.

I’m sure I deserved an Italian grandma just like this one.. love you grandma Gina ❤️🙌🏼💜🤍
It's a blessing and a delight to watch this video. My Grandfather told me, if you give someone a fish, they eat today; if you teach someone how to fish, they eat for a life time. Thank you for teaching.
I did not know you could eat the flowers, and I am 64. Learn something new every day. Astounded. Thank you for sharing Gina. 💗
They're awesome. They are the zucchini flowers.
You should try mexican zucchini flower soup (sopa de flor de calabaza).
Lucky family to have such a great cook and sweet person in the family

Oh my God, Gina is back. I am so happy to see you Gina. We miss you. Please come back often. Thank you. I am using your recipes to cook for my very picky son who happens to love Italian food (but only pasta meals and meatball type of things)
Once again she warms my heart, after a stressful day I love to watch and rewatch my gramma Gina😊
Same here. I guess you must be really good at cooking..

Grandma Gina those look absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us. Everything you make is a delight.
I absolutely love grandma Gina’s cooking and most of all she’s always happy singing. Lucky family with such a great nonna!

Beautiful and luscious food and so perfectly cooked yummy yummy. Your family are so lucky to have you and I bet they know it🥰🥰🥰
my neighbor would make these back in New York. I remember me and his son planting so many zucchini plants just for the flowers in the spring. This is soooooooo good. I wish I had some flowers to make this......
Sometimes you can buy them at farmer's markets. Ask them if they were picked that day.
Thank you for another beautiful recipe and song! Viva Maria!
I love you Grandmaman! You must have a giant garden! I only have about 10 zucchini flowers in my garden…
All of your recipes that I’ve tried are absolutely DELICIOUS. I am building a very good little cookbook to pass down to my children!
Thank you and keep singing! 🙂
