Im approaching two months since I ordered mine.... Just got home from heavy dueling against family members out camping with a saberforge Saber lol... One of my claws got hit and now is loose

Don’t be. It’s gigantic. Waste of money. Ya know that dude pays his workers 8$ per hour and they have to clock out for bathroom breaks. Paid himself 3 million. Treats the employees like crap. Don’t get played.

I hate to say it, but I was deeply disappointed in my Ultrasabers Fallen. I knew it would be big, but it was even chunkier than I pictured, and I'm a 6'1" guy. I got it with premium sound, but with the vented pommel the sound was so treble-y and ear-piercing that it sounded more like a toy than a good replica. It was beautifully bright, and if it were 2/3 of the size it is it would be a nice design, but it was very disappointing.
The grip was helpful, but it was so grippy that it actually became painful after spinning it awhile. The activation switch was in an awkward spot, and the collar around the switch rattled around because it wasn't inlaid into the grip. The rectangular box just below the emitter, which is meant to imitate the switch on Cal Kestis' lightsaber, had sharp edges that hurt my hands after long sessions of swinging and spinning, and I could even feel it through a glove.
The premium electronics (touted by Ultrasabers as "the best Lightsaber sound effects board on the market") are pitiful. To make any changes to volume or sound fonts, the board has to be awkwardly connected to a computer and can only be accessed using Ultrasabers' own outdated program, the UltraSabersLauncher. Some models can hold 6 or 7 fonts, but mine could only hold one (which was a mistake on my part). There are sometimes audible pops in between the hum and swing sound effects. Compare this to the modern Crystal Focus X soundboard, which uses a microSD card and can support a near-infinite amount of soundfonts with color-change and smoothswing support, and it's a wonder that Ultrasabers can still get away with this misinformation.
Again, I hate being a downer about this stuff, but people ought to know that it's not as great as it looks. I was so excited for my Fallen, even after reading a bunch of negative stuff like what I just wrote, but I'm here to tell you that you're really better off going with a more reliable company, one you won't regret giving your money and time to.

Can't wait to receive mine. I had heard about the problem with the inlaid pieces on the emitter, but i think a little super glue, carefully applied, will take care of that.
Oh geez I read a comment somewhere that US takes forever to ship and I bought the blue one of this during the last sale and it sent within a week and then I read another comment about how US prioritizes the sale orders and now I believe it.
I think a lot of people are guessing which orders ship first or get priority, but only Ultrasabers knows their methodology. Some viewers say their order arrives in a week while others say they're still waiting for their order to ship after 6 to 8 weeks.
I have the Crimson Fallen (red/silver). It's a great saber.

I think this is one of Ultrasabers best looking hilts, I also like the gold accent version

We ordered a huge order including 4 sound sabers and they are ALL not working... & they won't reply to us.

I received mine after a month-and-a-half I have the combat hilt as well which took extra time. They were out of those pieces and had to wait. On the combat version emitter behind the black vertical area are screws which hold the emitter in place. Tje regular version does not screw on at those areas but are attached elsewhere closer to the bottom.
Thanks for the observation! Ultrasabers does not appear to distinguish this different between the standard version and the combat ready version on their website.

I've read that the inlaid pieces do and will fly out like you've said. My Saber will be here Friday in azure. In my opinion any Saber with hittable components are mainly for show.
Can you switch the colour or is only the one avialeble after buying?

You have the option to get a quick disconnect LED that can be swapped for other colors, or get the diamond or emerald driver.

So about 6-7 weeks ago I made my first order from ultrasabers and I have heard nothing from my order, it’s not shipped, I have emailed ultrasabers multiple times with no response and I was wondering if there’s anything else I can do?
Hey friend! Just like one of the other folks in the comments here, I placed my order for my first saber on May 15th and I just FINALLY (today being July 22nd) received and email saying it was complete.
I remember watching a video awhile back stating that the best thing to do is to wait. It's been absolutely killing me too but it's best to just order and forget. Keep an eye on your email and don't lose hope!

Me and my wife ordered some sabers from Ultrasabers on May 16th and the order still hasn't even processed yet. Not really sure what to think. Sent an email a few weeks ago, but still no reply. Not sure what to think of this company.

At least it's not as thick as a savi's workshop saber...but yes for some reason US always has these bulky Saber hilts that are always considerably thicker than the actual Saber. Bit of a letdown especially on certain hilts.
Cal got his lightsaber from jaro tapal, and cere jugunda (I think that’s how you spell her last name) but it’s technically not his lightsaber cuz he got it from his master then he destroyed it lmao so he got another one
True, but the one he got is completely customized from the beginning, and he has any of Jarro's parts to pick from anyways

I’m ordering a 75$ mystery box on Monday and I am wondering how long it would take on average, if you don’t know that’s fine I’ve heard they have been quite backed up this year but I’m hoping to get it within a month max, any idea what my chances are of that happening?
I ordered the same thing and I got mine in about 2 1/2 weeks. From what I hear, mystery boxes ship quicker so I would say probably about 2-3 weeks for your mystery box, best guess.

i ordered mine nearly 3 weeks ago and its still processing. During high volume i know processing can take 3/4 weeks and considering mystery boxes tend to be quicker i'd say it'd take 3 weeks to process and then the shipping time on top
It's unclear how long it would take to ship. Some people are saying their order shipped in a few days while others are saying their order took 6-8+ weeks to ship.

It seems it depends on what one you look at. The black doesn't, but the crimson does for example. They could also be out of stock maybe?

It's slick also I'm a broke 13 year old but I'm doing some more yardwork tommorow and I should be able to buy a saber I'm getting a dark initiate v2 with the heavy blade (of course) any recommendations on the colors or which parts I should get?

I had ordered my first saber (this exact one in the video actually) on May 15th and I JUST received an email a few hours ago (today is July 22nd) saying that it was completed. I'd assume they've been pretty swamped but hold tight, my friend! I still have a Mystery Saber coming as well that hasn't made any progress either after I ordered it on May 27th.

Interesting with all the bad news surrounding UltraSabers.
I think they are going to face mass walkouts, now employees and ex employees have gone public. This might explain the huge increase in wait times, as it has already begun with more Indeed reviews being posted weekly in protest.

I purchased this saber last year and it took about a month and half to arrive. I have not purchased anything directly from Ultrasabers this year.

tbh i know custom made sabers take longer than the typical mystery box ones but this does sound like its taking a bit long for you, i'd say try contacting them but i've heard people have trouble getting a response, all i can say is wait it out and if theyre still processing on the 1st July, i'd contact them, cos thats definitely a long time.

I've just reached 6 weeks on my order after actively talking to support staff and 'suddenly' my sabers where outta stock and I was given the choices of waiting another 6 weeks to when they'll have them in stock again OR picking other sabers close to the price (-_-)
