I've made flautas a lot. I've made chicken, beef, and cheesy potato. I never thought of mixing the chicken with the potatoes. It turned out so good! I have a huge family with 7 kids, and adding the potatoes really made the chicken stretch, which I'd a plus when you have a herd to feed lol. I love your recipes, they always turn out 🔥 🔥 🔥

I made chicken enchiladas my family loves Mexican type food so I'm trying but my tortillas are soggy I definitely should have use corn tortillas. Ugh. Now I have to re do it bc I think it's mushy. Just gonna empty all and redo. Lol
