What a unique combination of mela 22 and 72. The girls have a great voice and resulting in a faultless performance. Loved it and wanting it to hear more and more. Puts even seasoned performers in the shade.
This is totally inspiring & mesmerizing music by kids learning. Fantastic. It is 55 years since I left Chennai and am in Toronto. I am 88. I am thoroughly enjoying your music. Keep it up.Wish you all the very best. V. K. Srinivasan
Daily I used to hear these childrens' songs. Blessed are their parents, who were blessed to have them as their kids. Parents identified talents and route them is another blessing to kids. I bless them with full heart. God bless.
May I say you all have talent way beyond your years. You've given a riveting and faultless performance by any standard. A joy to the end. It's simply wonderful that you are preserving your musical traditions this way.
The Veena accompanying is great job , I usually see Violin as accompaniment for song. The Veena in Khara Priya Alapana is heart touching rarely I hard . God bless the Child Pryanka Chary. Her father recited the Tyagaraka Kriti Sompaina Manasuto Ahiri Raga So well. and always aspire to hear the full version of Sompania Manasuto from him.
This number by Sai sisters is amazingly beautiful. I have listened to listen to many times in the last year and half. The grasp of Carnatic music by the sisters is great.
At this young age these kids are bold enough to experiment the Pallavi of Karaharapriya & Rasikapriya which have different Arohanam & Avarohanam. Blemishless effort. Ragamalika Swaram in Mohanam & Revathi R excellent though short!!
Its great to hear! Outstanding job by the musicians. However one thing I noticed (and I could be wrong) is that, it feels like the singers are only giving lip movements and the recording happened elsewhere especially in the aalap part. I couldnt not notice the disconnect, and this is not the first time I've noticed this. Again, maybe its just the way the sisters are singing with their mouths closed.
Sarvam Prama Magam, Sarva loka Ananda Mayam. what else required. How the Kharahapriya selected to this song it is so appropriate. It can be heard any number of times
The singers must open their mouth sing and the sound should come out from the bottom of their lungs. This is what I observe from these girls. Thank you and bless you all.
musical divinity. That divine voice, instrumentals!
I am proud of these youngsters for carrying on the Torch of our excellent culture, elegantly.
