Ingredients:
Fresh Rose Petals 200g or
Dried Rose Petals 30g
Sugar 1200g (1.2 kg)
Water 700 ml
Boiling Water 1 cup
Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons with a top

یا گلبرگ گل محمدی خشک ۳۰ گرم
شکر ۱۲۰۰ گرم ( ۱.۲ کیلو گرم)
آب ۷۰۰ میلی لیتر
آب جوش ۱ پیمانه
آبلیمو ۳ قاشق غذاخوری سر پر
If you want to make jam with dried rose petals:
Clean and wash the rose petals, pour them in a medium pot, and pour some water over the rose petals to cover them completely, Then place the pot over low heat, put the lid on the pot, and wait until the water is completely absorbed and the rose petals to become soft.
After the water is fully absorbed, you can add rose petals to the syrup.
