It's almost like two different dev teams made the game through Leyndell and after Leyndell. After Leyndell doesn't feel like the same game and there is a noticeable drop in quality

I used the Mimic Tear to beat the Duo & Maliketh on the same night after watching this video. I was lost running and jumping all over the place. 😄 Thank you!!!!💯💯💯
2 years later still a very good guide to not get lost in this maze. Already did FAzula on another toon, but ofc with the convoluted mazes forgot most of the way lol. I,m basically 1 grace from Foreskin Duo, wish me luck :)
Can't believe someone would fight those 2 gross things without a mimic or other spirits, some bosses are just total nonsense... And to reach them you have to dodge 2 knights or you get there with less potions.
Theres a sight of grace thats right beside the boss room so u dont have to go past the knights. Use sleep pots to put 1 or both godskins to sleep and then fight them 1 on 1, they wont wake up unless u hit them. Using these tips i killed the duo on my third try
godskin duo tip use sleeping pots and a mimic tear(also theres a summon for NPC to help) use sleeping pots and focus on just one of then then move to next and repeat

I‘m playing sorcerer and went full yolo on the Godskin Duo with Tiche and the recusant. I had the life hack with the pillar in mind and got them first try dafuq
The twins are one of the most annoying boss fights in the entire game. There is no way to avoid that roll and for absolutely no reason the boss health bar is more than their actual health so they just respawn. If I were you, throw a sleep potion at the big guy
actually its not difficult ive a technique, whenever u start a new area like this there are usally multiple areas like door 1 door 2 door 3 . you have to check each one of them one by one , if theres a deadend then go back n try another area n repeat because one of them will lead you to the boss eventually . this is how i did most of them
Meanwhile I'm getting farmed by the knights that clearly werent important enough to mention 🤣 my first souls game and this has been a rage inducing journey
oh God, I will never go through this location. I even can't find those 2 bosses, following your walkthrough. I am at all the places before bosses but then no bosses there, so I don't know, I am lost obviously.
This area isn’t that bad tbh. A lot of sneaky enemies that pile up on you but it’s very doable. Now that damn tree sentinel and that crusader.. them a whole fight of their own 😅
I played and finished the game before it got its big "first patch" and last night was replaying and got to the godskin duo. They have been gutted and nerfed, I also beat them first try. My first time through, they probably killed me 20 times.

As mentioned in my other comment, the dragon lord is an optional fight and not required for the main story. I did not include the dragonlord, bernahl, or any side areas as they are not required for the main story.
I beat Godskin duo in like 8 attempt with no magic or summons, not that hard, also the cheese on the broken pillar is patched, also thanks for the guide

To get to Farum Azula you need to progress the story after killing morgott, killing the fire giant, and lighting the brazier in mountaintop of the giants. after a couple of cutscenes you will wakeup on farum azula

You can put the duo to sleep with pots or arrows, then just focus on one at a time. :D

What's the recommended level for this area?
You will most likely be around 100-110 when entering and 120-125 when leaving, so I would say minimum 105

The area is not essential to completing farum azula, like mentioned before I only cover the necessary and minimal parts for completing the area.
This has got to be one of the most irritating areas in the entire game... and the mobs arent the issue here.
