As a man who also “happens to be sitting down,” I approve the message. It’s just the reality. And it hasn’t changed in 2024. Sure,from the outside looking in, its easy to judge Blanche for being uncomfortable. But it’s a natural, all-too-common response. I am so tempted to write pages and pages on this, but RUclips is not the place. I will say this, though…. In the final moments of the episode and the twist of him “ just being a jerk in a wheelchair” makes it one of my all-time favorites. There is a lot of weirdness yeah but overall, I think it was a well -written episode.
I never noticed the weird stove in the kitchen and the tall dresser in Sophia’s room! Although tedious to edit videos at times, it must be pretty cool to see those tidbits. I always wondered why no one ever used the sitting area around the fire place. There is an episode (I cannot remember which) where Sophia is sitting in that area in a chair and the set literally eats her up. The audience laughs out loud because Dorothy is trying to talk to Sophia and cannot actually see her. Bea breaks character for a split second if I recall! Also, Sophia’s room placement doesn’t make sense because the garage is there. Rose’s room doesn’t make sense because the sitting room looks out onto the backyard area or side yard. Also, where is Dorothy’s room?It’s like being at Kubrick’s Overlook Hotel set 😳

In November of 2022, my mother started having complications and in February 2024 I lost my mother too. I respect you making this video under such circumstances, you’re very strong to do so and inspires me. His identity as a Trans Man is used as a punchline and a shock twist and he's also the only trans character in the whole show. It also shows how dated the show is even though it (to me at least) has a nostalgic timeless feel to it. Also i would say Blanche not being believed is probably a symptom of how despite how close they are and how the show presents them as, their friendship dynamics can actually be quite toxic with how judgemental they can be

I've been wondering where you were, as I hadn't seen your Thursday night podcasts in so long. I'm so sorry that you've gone through so much. My channel isn't going to be monetised, not only because I'm not interested in that, but because I've seen several channels go through this....one ASMR channel I follow, which creates live rain and thunderstorm videos, actually got his live video taken down because they claimed it would trick viewers into thinking that a thunderstorm was ongoing for an endless period of time. When he told us that was why his video was gone, we all had plenty to say about it. He sent that to RUclips, letting RUclips know that we just are not that foolish, and got his video put back up. It's just a nightmare what they put content creators through, and for the silliest reasons. There are hundreds of RUclips content creators who actually get subscribers and viewers by uploading a musician's music along with a disclaimer that they don't own that content. THAT is ''reused content''. So, why are all of those channels still up? RUclips are not consistent about anything, so I can easily imagine what you've been through! I hope that you are able to find some way to move forward with your channel.

But I’m proud to be a subscriber and you have made this channel a wonderful place. It’s been 11 years since my dad died, my continued heartfelt condolences to you. I can remember every detail of that day. Depression comes often too. Here if you need an ear or a hug over the internet. 🫂 Classmates and namely an unnamed Geometry teacher, always said I was a slacker while I graduated high school with honors. I think that’s the biggest example of proving people wrong. Not necessarily what you asked. 😅 These episodes always seem to be in rerun rotation, especially on cable.
