With help. I held the brake while someone rolled under and shifted for me.

@@macsgarage your video helped me out! The bushing was missing that connected the cable to the lever on the transmission. I could not find the right bushing for my 2015. I used a bushing that fit and a zip tie to hold it on the lever. Its a good temp fix i suppose.
